Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to everyone ❤️💕🎄!
(Lyrics below)
As my first, Lord, you taught me how to love others despite my sin.
Now that I know you, you’ve forever altered my frame of reference.
When I pray deeper, you send your strength from above.
Beaten down from the fight, but Abba, your words are miraculous.
As my first Lord, you taught me how to love others despite my sin.
Now that I know you, you’ve forever altered my frame of reference,
When I bow lower, you send your strength from above.
Beaten down from the fight, but Abba, your words are significant.
Call to me; teach me how to listen to you.
I’ll pray to thee, praising and worshiping with words that glorify your soul.
Before your love changed me, I felt dumb.
Voiceless to worship your Son.
Bleeding out spiritually and overrun.
Never thought you’d bring me back up.
Now, for you, I’ll keep singing.
You poured your outpour into my pockets.
Preparing me for your calling.
Without you, I know I’ve got nothing.
Your sanctification keeps pulling me closer and closer to you.
I feel like I’m never behind, after you fill my cup.
Since you’re the one who invented time, I’ll sacrifice mine for you.
You went through a public execution for me, gave up your only Son.
In you I find the eternally sublime, since you’re the Holy One.
As my first, Lord, you taught me how to love others despite my sin.
Now that I know you, you’ve forever altered my frame of reference.
When I pray deeper, you send your strength from above.
Beaten down from the fight, but Abba, your words are miraculous.
As my first, Lord, you taught me how to love others despite my sin.
Now that I know you, you’ve forever altered my frame of reference.
When I bow lower, you send your strength from above.
Beaten down from the fight, but Abba, your words are miraculous.
Thank you for making me born again.
Showing me that your love is all around.
Growing up in you, I must
Turn to you and forsake the ground.
Your strength keeps me alive,
And your voice resounds.
