On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the media is focused on Jussie Smollett being found guilty on five out of six charges for staging his own hate crime instead of focusing on how President Biden is about to give away a piece of Ukraine. Should Smollett be charged with extra time for committing a hate crime against himself? America deserves an honest discussion on race in America, but Joy Reid, "The View," "Good Morning America" and others don't want to have that conversation. The left within the media would just rather call it racist, blame our country, and move on. Then, Biden is infuriating America's Eastern European allies over his weak rhetoric on Russia's aggression toward annexing Ukraine. Allies reject the notion that Russia should have any say on who joins NATO. Jen Psaki even went as far as saying that whether Russia invades Ukraine is entirely up to Putin, essentially abdicating the U.S's role and giving the green light to Putin. Later, a federal appeals court decided that Biden will have the final say on former President Trump's executive privilege and will likely make its way to the Supreme Court. Democrats in the House want to obliterate executive privilege so they can have their political way. They don't care about the Constitution as long as they can stop Trump in the future. This happens because the Democrat Party controls all branches, packed the court during the Obama years, and is only interested in political power, not in the people. Afterward, Adam Carolla calls in to discuss his new show "The Daily Yeller" on the "Daily Wire" and how a close-knit group of newspaper owners, a small minority, agree to see things as racially oppressed while a large silent majority of Americans see things as they really are as a meritocracy of hard-working Americans. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the American Marxist elements in America, backed by the media and embraced by the Democrat party, have brought us the crime wave we are seeing across the country. The George Floyd riots in 2020 were seen as an opportunity for a war on cops, capitalism, and society. The Democrat party has the help from George Soros to destroy America from within. Until Soros and the Democrat Party are held to account this crime will continue. We have a lack of leaders who will stand up to these radicals. Also, a Wall Street Journal poll shows Hispanic voters are evenly split between parties and split between backing Donald Trump and President Biden. It’s all about economics. A lot of people who have come to America have suffered through socialism or autocracies. They see what's happening now and reject it. They want the benefits of a free society. Later, Mark Meadows has sued January 6 committee members and Nancy Pelosi because they are trying to compel him to violate executive privilege. They needed to go on offense and they are doing it; they are fighting back! On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the attack on Pearl Harbor sparked America's entrance into World War II. Many enlisted to serve their country, some were relatives of this program. The sacrifice and patriotism by these men were great, nothing like the men of our current administration. Lamentably, the writing is on the wall for a war with China which threatens many countries. Russia is expanding aggressively and will likely invade Ukraine again. Iran is months away from having a nuclear weapon and is prepared to go to war. President Biden is not prepared for the coming conflict. Then, former Ambassador and National Security Advisor Ric Grenell calls in to share how the Reagan Library's board has dramatically changed to eliminate Reaganites and Trump supporters. Grenell added that the rise of China has been steady as they infiltrated the power structure of many institutions. The U.S must refrain from doing business with the CCP. Later, the philosophy of Americanism embraces things that are proven to have worked for the betterment of society. This was the difference between Trump and the Democrats, it was peace and common sense versus uncertainty and a radical leftist ideology. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, the late Sen. Bob Dole was a generous man, a patriot, and a complex politician that was a World War II hero. He was a wonderful man that loved this country. Then, corporate media's systemic corruption is much worse than anything Chris Cuomo did. The media has been complicit in covering up the crimes Marxists have exacted on the public for over a century. Later, the Democrats sell out our allies and blame Donald Trump. In 1994 the Budapest Memorandum was reached with Ukraine so they'd give up their nuclear weapons at the fall of the Soviet Union so long as the United States, Russia, and Great Britain assured the continued security of Ukraine. Tensions escalate between Taiwan and Beijing and the Israelis and the Iranians. Will the U.S back its allies? Afterward, combat veteran Rep. Mike Waltz calls in and said that America needs a wake-up call. He added that President Xi has openly called for the U.S and its currency to be replaced as the global standard. China aims to militarize their space stations so that they can wage war on the US from space and they're doing it with the money Americans spend on Chinese products. Waltz also called for the U.S to not participate in any Olympic Games that are held in China.

On the Best of Mark Levin, according to the Tennessee Star, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, election records were destroyed faster than the state law requires. Multiple videos show officials flippantly getting rid of election information. This reinforces an email from Christina Iacono read by this program in November of 2020 highlighting votes that could not be counted and ballots that had chain of custody issues. These issues were ignored by the U.S Attorney of Pennsylvania and the Attorney General's Office, yet Bill Barr claimed that no such issues were raised or brought to the Department of Justice. The media is yet again exaggerating the fact that the government might shut down because Congress has failed to deliver a balanced budget as they are required to under the Constitution. Interestingly, the government is shut down every weekend and on holidays, and during actual shutdowns, only 17% of the government is down. Does the Mississippi abortion law violate the federal constitution? If it doesn't, then the Roe V. Wade decision can be weakened. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, when looking at Nancy Pelosi and members of Congress, Americans are witnesses to a padded room. Among President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Speaker Pelosi each one is crazier than the other. Whether it's the allegations of Rep Ilhan Omar anti-Semitism or Eric Swalwell sleeping with the enemy the Democrats are grossly misguided. Then, so many American corporations have become so wildly unpatriotic as many hedge funds invest in communist China as do so many sports teams and news networks. Incidentally, communist China is also subsidized in the Build Back Better bill and offers a sweetheart deal for labor unions but not for employees in the private sector. Later, the United States is on a path to war with China. They are working diligently to disable our communications and beat us in space. They've infiltrated our classrooms, newsrooms, and major institutions. Afterward, journalist and author Alex Berenson joins the show to discuss his new book, "Pandemia: How Coronavirus Hysteria Took Over Our Government, Rights, and Lives." Berenson also explains the validity of natural immunity and how to move past the hysteria of the pandemic. Finally, actor Adam Baldwin calls in to explain the film industry standard for handling firearms. Baldwin added that Alec Baldwin may have confessed to a crime in his recent TV interview.

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the media is yet again exaggerating the fact that the government might shut down because Congress has failed to deliver a balanced budget as they are required to under the Constitution. Interestingly, the government is shut down every weekend and on holidays, and during actual shutdowns, only 17% of the government is down. Then, Anthony Fauci, President Biden, and the government say that you must be vaccinated and wear a mask and then they say that the masks and vaccines aren't guaranteed so the public will need more. There are studies that show that natural immunity outweighs vaccine immunity but the media refuses to share these facts from the New England Journal of Medicine or the success of Gov. Ron DeSantis's policies in Florida which leads the way in COVID safety as of now. Later, Constitutional Scholar John Eastman joins the show to explain that Nancy Pelosi's January 6th Committee violates the House's own rules and the basic principles of due process. Eastman has said that certain states acted illegally in the 2020 presidential elections, but the House committee won't let him call any witnesses to litigate his case. Eastman also drops a bombshell regarding judges in some of the 2020 election integrity cases. Afterward, Black Lives Matter has announced a hateful boycott against "White" businesses. Americans must become patriotic activists and do business wisely. BLM fails to realize that this will hurt Black athletes, entertainers, and employees employed at these very same White enterprises such as the NFL, ESPN, and many others. Finally, James Golden calls in to discuss his new book "Rush on the Radio: A Tribute from His Sidekick for 30 Years."

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, does the Mississippi abortion law violate the federal constitution? If it doesn't, then the Roe V. Wade decision can be weakened. Even Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has acknowledged that their basis for Roe v. wade was not rooted in the Constitution. The 14th Amendment freed the slaves and has nothing to do with abortion. It is not a right to privacy to murder a child in a woman's womb. Even if the Supreme Court finds that these laws can't be upheld federally, states will still have the right to authorize them. Then, the Solicitor General argued that viability was central to one's 'right' to abortion. Associate Justice Clarence Thomas questioned where such a right is found in the U.S Constitution. Later, Anthony Fauci announces the first Omicron variant case which emerged in San Francisco, CA, and the infected individual was fully vaccinated. Fauci still can't find an answer to why border crossers are being admitted into the country without testing or vaccinations. Afterward, Sen. Mike Lee joins the show to discuss his plan to shut down Biden's vaccine mandate by attaching it to an upcoming continuing resolution from Congress. The government was happy to shut down private businesses but is fearful to have a government shutdown for even a single day.

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, WPHT Oost Rich Zeoli fills in for Mark. Smash and grab looters are robbing stores with impunity in big liberal cities across the US. Some professors have suggested that calling this activity "looting" is somehow racist, arguing that these crimes are being committed as an act of social justice (organized robbery) because the system failed urban communities of color. Then, Chris Cuomo has been suspended by CNN for new revelations from the New York State Attorney General that he used his influence as a TV host to gather information on the accusers of his brother, then-Governor Andrew Cuomo. This is just another example of how the media covers for Democrats. Later, Omicron hasn't even arrived in the U.S and the Governor of New York has already suspended elective surgeries. Anthony Fauci, the megalomaniac hero of the left, doubles down on the Omicron variant and claims that he represents "science" as he attacks Sen. Ted Cruz and Republicans in the process. Afterward, it could be the end of Roe v. Wade as the Supreme Court of the United States weighs a case that might seriously limit abortions. Finally, Miranda Devine joins the show to discuss her new book "Laptop from Hell: Hunter Biden, Big Tech, and the Dirty Secrets the President Tried to Hide."

The American Marxists work together to politicize science for their own benefit. Democrats in the White House are crippling the American fossil fuel industry while inflation continues rising. All while blue-collar energy workers and their families bear the initial brunt of it. Then, climate change is profound junk science that wages war against capitalism, private property, and American individualism. This pursuit is propelled by the financial interests that follow reports of climate catastrophe, whether it's accurate or not. Later, climate change, COVID, and Critical Race Theory are all designed to scare you and they should. Now there's Omicron. A variant that even the Doctor that discovered it says causes mild symptoms. Moreover, the President of South Africa says there will be no travel bans or lockdowns. Afterward, Critical Race Theory continues creeping into American institutions and it has now taken hold of the Salvation Army, which has stated that all whites are racist despite knowing it. Sadly, the Salvation Army has departed from charity and embraced the divisive mantra of the left. Finally, Rep Chip Roy calls in to highlight how Democrats are supporting the addition of a provision to the National Defense Authorization Act to draft women into the military. Citizens across the country need to let Sen. Mitch McConnell know that this won't be tolerated.
