On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the race is on between the U.S and the Chinese to retrieve America's most advanced stealth fighter jet which has reportedly slid off the deck of a U.S Navy aircraft carrier in the South China Sea. U.S officials are concerned about China salvaging the aircraft before they do, to have a sample of the Navy's most elite warplane. Then, many are concerned with why America should do anything with Ukraine. If the U.S ignores its responsibility to defend Ukraine under the Budapest Memorandum of Security Assurances of 1994 it would be violating its part of the treaty. Plus, America's enemies will take note that the U.S has become weak. Later, contrary to the media, all science is not decided within 5 buildings in Washington, DC. Anthony Fauci is not the only doctor in America yet he acts like it. There was no peer-reviewed scientific data to discontinue therapeutics in yet Fauci and the FDA recklessly closed monoclonal treatment sites for citizens in Florida. Fauci claims that the therapeutics are ineffective against omicron since they weren't designed to combat omicron although, neither were the current vaccines. Afterward, the CEO of Convention of States, Mark Meckler, calls in to share the good news of a 16th state that has accepted the Convention of States legislation supporting a constitutional convention of states. Finally, author and scholar Peter Schweizer joins the show to discuss the release of his new book "Red Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China Win." Schweizer describes a web of politicians, tech companies, academic institutions, and foreign governments that all have a hand in paving the way for the Chinese communist party while lining their own pockets with consulting deals and other cash incentives.

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, in the 1950's there were isolationists on the right and radicals on the far left, and today we have a similar dynamic. Within the conservative movement, there are pro-Russia activists that think Vladimir Putin isn't so bad. Putin is working very closely with Xi in China. Biden's weakness and mental deterioration have invited our enemies to become more aggressive toward the United States and our allies. In 1994 Ukraine relinquished its nuclear weapons in exchange for the U.S, Russia, and England to provide security assurances under the Budapest memorandum. Some say that this is not the U.S's problem. By that logic, was Poland our problem? Did Russia develop hypersonic missiles to attack Ukraine? Of course not, they developed them for use against the U.S. Then, it's imperative that the United States begin producing automobile chips and semiconductors outside of China since making so much of our critical components is a national security threat. This would lower the overall cost of cars for all Americans from an estimated 33% to 12%. Democrats are currently blocking legislation on this and helping China's interest. Later, the leftwing author Jane Mayer is on the attack against Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and his wife Ginni. Mayer is criticizing Ginni Thomas for having a life apart from her husband's career. Despite there being no ethical requirement or law for one's spouse to recuse themselves from having any personal opinions on social issues, or from engaging in free speech activism, Mayer insists that Thomas should step aside. This flawed thinking would institutionalize the practice of 'judge shopping' by simply questioning any judge's partiality as a means to get a more favorable judge. Afterward, Project Veritas Founder James O'Keefe joins the show to discuss his new book, American Muckraker: Rethinking Journalism for the 21st Century.

On the Best of Mark Levin, Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States, joins the show to give his first reaction to President Biden's 2nd press conference of his Presidency. Trump said he really wants Biden to do well if he can. Trump commented on Biden's weakness indicating that he expected Vladimir Putin to take advance into Ukraine. Trump also mentioned that there was no vaccine hesitancy during his Administration, surmising that the American people simply don't trust Biden because of his initial anti-vaccine rhetoric. Then, Trump said Biden's reckless withdrawal from Afghanistan is the lowest moment in the history of our country. Trump criticized the 2020 election as a third world election adding that Democrats must be stopped from conducting a federal takeover of US elections. Nancy Pelosi's son Paul Jr. is connected to several companies investigated by the FBI and the media is barely reporting on it. One of the biofuel companies even defrauded investors. Paul Jr is frugal but nowhere near being strapped for cash. A special counsel's criminal investigation into all of the Pelosi's dealings is definitely warranted. Then, CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) attacks the talk radio industry but defended and advocated for the release of Aafia Siddiqui. CAIR has enormous influence with members of Congress, the FBI, and the DOJ. The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) got it right when they struck down President Biden's unconstitutional federal vaccine mandate enforced by OSHA, and got it totally wrong on the healthcare case where SCOTUS ruled that healthcare workers in facilities receiving federal funds may keep their mandates in place. Then, the Democrat party is the party of the KKK, racism, and segregation. They were that way during the civil war, and they are that way today. Chuck Schumer and his razor-thin majority will peddle every lie they can to convince people that the Democrats' voting bill does something more than weaken a citizen's right to vote.

On Friday’s Mark Levin show, America is only about 20 years behind other countries that have embraced autocratic policies to eliminate cars and single-family homes in suburban neighborhoods. Suburbs will be threatened by urban planning and zoning changes by American Marxists so that they can control highly populated areas with video surveillance and social credit scores. The radical left will soon have people thinking that it's racist to even own a single-family home. Then, Congress can only conduct investigations for legislative functions and oversight, not for law enforcement purposes. The January 6th select committee is operating beyond its Constitutional authority. The judiciary has become weak and feckless allowing Washington Bureaucrats to use the same Houdini tricks they used to ignore the egregious Constitutional violations of the 2020 election. Later, Democrats have failed to eliminate the filibuster however many of them have reversed course. In 2017 so many of these same critiques defended the filibuster. Apparently back then, it wasn't the racist Jim Crow 2.0 that they now claim it is. Afterward, two New York Police Department officers were ambushed and killed in cold blood. Crime is out of control in many big cities run by Democrats and it's in part because Billionaire activist George Soros has gotten many pro-crime district attorneys elected.

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, Big Tech, Big Media, former and current Speakers of the US House of Representatives, The Bush's, the Trudeau's, the Biden's, and the corporatists in America are in the pocket of Chinese leader Xi Jing Ping. The Founders discussed the idea of a unicameral Congress, and it was rejected in favor of a bicameral system focused on individual liberty because the more autocratic the government could become it would. Then, if the media were honest, they'd call out Congress for their January 6th sham committee. They would call out President Biden for his Bolshevik stance on dividing the country over the Jim Crow 2.0 act that they claim is about voting rights. Biden and the Democrat party are lighting fuses and instigating ill will with their lies that Republicans are making it harder for minorities to vote. Later, it's interesting that public school children aren't taught about the 15 high-ranking officials of the Nazi bureaucracy met in Berlin to hatch “The organizational, logistical and material steps for a final solution of the Jewish question in Europe” 80 years ago today. This was their brainstorming session to enact what they called 'The Final Solution' - the Holocaust. Afterward, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy calls in to explain how in only one year Democrat policies have destroyed so much; 13 new Gold Star Families from the reckless Afghanistan surrender, train robberies, and other crimes have made a comeback, aggression from Russia is renewed, and inflation has hit a 40 year high. McCarthy added that the only time Speaker Pelosi didn't allow Republicans to choose members to be on her January 6th select committee. Pelosi is not being questioned by the committee because she rejected offers for additional security and now, they want to punish their political adversaries.

The politicized Court has now opened the door for every future former president to have their sealed records subpoenaed by congress. Afterward, Democrats insist on destroying the voting system in the name of voting rights. One more lie to gain political power under the guise of preventing, what they call, the death of democracy.

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the framers spent 5 months in Pennsylvania figuring out how to form a government since the Articles of Confederation were a failure. The new nation was in debt and states were unfairly levying taxation on one another. Enter the founding of the Constitution by well-read men who understood the fall of Rome and were informed by their predecessors and contemporaries like John Locke, Montesquieu, and Sir Edmund Burke. They had challenges over slavery, mob rule, representation in Congress, and many other issues of where they reached compromise but agreed that the federal government should not have plenary power of election, but rather that the states should. Then, the Democrat party is the party of the KKK, racism, and segregation. They were that way during the civil war, and they are that way today. Chuck Schumer and his razor-thin majority will peddle every lie they can to convince people that the Democrats' voting bill does something more than weaken a citizen's right to vote. Later, Nancy Pelosi's January 6th select committee is said to be weighing whether or not it can cook up some federal charges against former President Trump to prevent him from holding public office ever again. Such charges are purely political as there is no basis for such allegations. Afterward, Schumer's daughters work for Amazon and Facebook while Schumer is overseeing antitrust legislation that affects both tech giants, according to the New York Post. This raises substantive concerns over ethics and the appearance of improprieties as Schumer has the ability to kill this legislation before there's even a vote on it.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, a jihadi anti-Semetic terrorist got into our country through a travel visa despite being under surveillance and took hostages at a Texas synagogue. The radical Islamist demanded the release of "Lady Al Quaeda" Aafia Siddiqui, a Pakistani prisoner being held in a nearby federal prison. Interestingly, the FBI's initial response claimed that the attack was not an anti-semitic in nature, although they amended that narrative soon after. The reckless immigration policies of the Biden Administration put Americans in danger. Then, CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) attacks the talk radio industry but defended and advocated for the release of Aafia Siddiqui. CAIR has enormous influence with members of Congress, the FBI, and the DOJ. Later, Direct TV, a subsidiary of AT&T like CNN, is removing One America News from their service. We should be encouraged to choose how to spend our money and speak out against this type of censorship, not support it. Afterward, Democrats aim to destroy the voting system and they're doing it in the name of Martin Luther King Jr. Democrats are destroying the supply chain and creating shortages. Now they're destroying the criminal justice system with their American Marxist views.

On the Best of Mark Levin, a radical group focused on the secession of Puerto Rico, opened fire inside the US Capitol Building shooting 4 US Congressmen in 1954. The Weather Underground set off a bomb at the Capitol in 1971. In May of 1972 leftwing terrorists set off a bomb outside the State Department. Democrats, however, will not call these attacks an insurrection or the biggest threat to democracy, will they? Speaker Nancy Pelosi is concealing information regarding her culpability for the security breach at the Capitol on January 6th, 2020. Our Congress trashes the Constitutional system and seeks to change the Constitution by appointing radical judges and by legislation, instead of by proposing amendments. The January 6 Committee’s agenda is clear, it’s to prevent Donald Trump from ever serving as President again, it has nothing to do with legislative inquiry. It's the left that uses phony TV experts to repeatedly paint Trump as an evil dictator despite having any proof. It is the Democrats that celebrate the attacks on police officers while supporting lawlessness in minority neighborhoods, promote the censorship of parents in public education and advance transgender policies in public schools rather than focus on educating children academically.

Bozell explained that billionaire progressive activist George Soros is spending billions on every major issue including bribing colleges to adapt to his gender abolition agenda to change the arc of history.
