On Monday's Mark Levin Show, the Putin wing of the Republican Party, the Putin wing of the media, and those pretending to be America First cannot deny the genocide that Putin, a cold-blooded mass murderer, is waging on Ukraine - this is real Naziism. President Biden must stop being afraid of Putin's nuclear weapons and remember that we have nuclear bombs too. Russia has had nuclear weapons for 50 years and they haven't used them once, not even when they were getting beaten in Afghanistan as Reagan applied pressure to stop the Soviets. Then, how is it even conceivable that the media can claim they missed the Hunter Biden story? There was more evidence to corroborate this story than there was for any of the accusations against Trump. While AG Merrick Garland brags about his work prosecuting people for parading or trespassing near the Capitol on January 6th, he's said nothing about the Hunter Biden laptop investigation which is ongoing. Republicans must call for recusal of Garland and demand a special counsel immediately. Later, why isn't George Soros the most wanted man in the world for helping elect pro-crime progressive prosecutors? The bad guys are his constituency and that becomes a problem for the rest of us law-abiding citizens. Now, Biden wants Trump, Fox News, and dissenting citizens silenced and treated like criminals. Meanwhile, the gender obsesses Democrats that won't even define a woman are about to put a Judge that is sympathetic to the absolute worst criminals ever - child rapists. A child rapist was free to assault again because of Judge Ketanji Brown-Jackson's weak sentencing. Afterward, Rep. Madison Cawthorn made a statement that he's since had to walk back, yet his Republican colleagues are destroying him for it instead of getting him a clearer direction.

On the Best of Mark Levin, the DOJ seeks more than 130 new attorneys to prosecute more January 6th cases. Most of these charges are for trespassing on public land but carry charges that are more severe and carry stiffer penalties for those that don't take the government's plea deals. One such matter is the latest false claim against top Trump staffer Dan Scavino for potentially having advanced knowledge of the Capitol attack. Then, the federal government is using extra-constitutional parallel path like a handpicked congressional committee and overreaching subpoenas to circumvent the DOJ's legal limitations in order to get information they otherwise could not get. Biden and the Democrats are skirting the legal system by using Congress as the investigative arm of the Department of Justice and cherry-picking what they leak to the media. Democrats have been pushing the lie that the Russians elected Donald Trump in 2016 for years. This was the worst abuse in modern American history but for the subsequent abuses from Democrats toward the sitting President. Those who hate liberty are using the Constitution in order to destroy the Constitution. Then, Ketanji Brown Jackson dodged the question of defining a woman is because she intends to help Democrats redefine the legal definition of what a woman is in future supreme court cases on women's sports and transgender school cases. This activist Judge is a happy progressive warrior. Later, wheat shortages in Russia and Ukraine will not impact the U.S, but President Biden's energy and economic policies are doing plenty of damage. Rising gas prices and inflation are driving up the cost of American goods. Biden is the cause of food shortages in America, not Putin.

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, the January 6 committee leaked information to the media but there's only one problem, it's a lie. While Democrats claimed that there was a gap in President Trump's phone records but a review of records from the National Archives shows that there are no missing logs or phone calls as the whole story was fabricated by Pelosi's January 6th Committee to diminish any future campaigns for public office by Trump. Then, Democrats will go anywhere and do anything to get information. The Democrats were happy to meet Hugo Chavez, Fidel Castro, Bachir Asaad, and any other despots they could make friends with. Are the Democrats and the media embarrassed at their enabling of fake news? Will Chuck Todd resign so that NBC's first transgender minority host can take his place? Later, the border crisis continues and the Democrats hate America and hate you. Watch their actions; Biden's never proud of America or its people, he trashes you and he embraces the radicals. Afterward, Sen. Rick Scott calls in to discuss his 11 step plan to rescue the country. Scott added that simply running against Biden is not enough, Republicans need a cohesive agenda that promotes family and good governance and take action on it immediately.

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, President Biden is not only stupid by birth, but he is dangerous as well. He is the reason for increased gas, propane, crude oil prices, and an economy in crisis. Now Biden is draining America's strategic reserve by releasing a million barrels a day for the next several months to try and fix the mess he made. Yet the real answer here is to drill and produce more energy to create a surplus. Once there is more supply there will be less demand. Lamentably, Biden won't allow the current leases to gain the permits to develop the infrastructure to drill on approved lease sites. Then, today the Biden Administration recognized Transgender Day of Visibility. The U.S doesn't need to be in the business of promoting genitalia. Later, the Biden family is bought and paid for and there must be a special counsel to investigate the malfeasance of the Biden Family and Merrick Garland is too mired in his own controversy for the task. When it was Trump's family the lawyers worked overtime to accuse them of crimes. The Washington Post covered up Hunter's laptop, saying the story was Russian disinformation only to admit it was real 500 days after Biden took office. Afterward, Sen. Ron Johnson, Chairman of the U.S Senate Homeland Security Committee, joins the show to explain how Joe Biden was implicated on Hunter Biden's laptop and how this is the beginning of many questions. Sadly, the U.S doesn't have all the answers, but the intelligence agencies of China and 12 other countries likely know more than we do.

China is playing the long game and will eventually help Russia. Ukraine needs help that it's not getting, and President Biden is allegedly pressuring Zelenskyy to surrender in the name of peace. Then, schools continue injecting 'gender inclusion' into first-grade classrooms. This poisonous imposition of ideology is a grotesque abuse of children. Polls show that parents reject these policies. Meanwhile, Hunter Biden is a fall guy for his father, and he is under intense criminal investigation. This is why the media is now corroborating the laptop story. Isn't it important to know if a candidate or president is corrupt or compromised by a foreign regime? Later, Ian Prior from America First Legal Foundation (AFLegal.org) calls in to explain how parents have rights under federal law to inspect the curriculum. Afterward, NCAA Coach Bruce Pearl from Auburn University joins the show to discuss his recent comments supporting Ukraine. Pearl added that the Ukraine situation was similar to the story of Purim and explained why it's so dangerous to engage with Iran.

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, lawlessness has now enshrined congress, the state bar associations, and Clarence and Ginni Thomas. We begin with a federal judge named David Carter who claims that it's quite likely that former President Trump committed federal offenses on January 6th, 2021, and attempted to obstruct the counting of the electoral vote. If true, this is not a crime. This judge has not received any information from a grand jury and should have never made this non-factual outrageous statement. All citizens, president and otherwise, have a right to challenge the counting of electoral votes. Americans need to stand up to tyranny on the court and everywhere else. Then, the media operates in a pack mentality like a gang as they exploit in favor of radical leftwing activism. Their attack remains on conservative activist Ginni Thomas, wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Despite having any evidence of conflicts, the left is echoing calls for Justice Thomas to recuse himself from any cases related to the 2020 election or the Capitol riot. Later, once upon a time, the Hollywood awards shows were a class act, but what Will Smith did was trashy. Chris Rock remarkably held his own and responded like a gentleman.

On the Best of Mark Levin, more people are now calling for the assassination of war criminal Vladimir Putin and perhaps one of his countrymen will rise to the challenge. There is still opposition to providing the Ukrainians with MIG-29 fighter jets. Air cover is important because it provides the necessary speed to back up troops on the ground. But, until President Biden does more, the Ukrainians will continue to get slaughtered. Why is the New York Times now admitting that the Hunter Biden laptop is in fact real? This program is tired of pontificators who haven't spent any time on the issue of Supreme Court nominations weighing in with their misinformation. To think that Democrats can do whatever they want because they control the White House is absurd. They can't just hand out judgeships! The judicial philosophy of any jurist on the high court should be known before a Justice is confirmed. For Ketanji Brown-Jackson to claim that she has no judicial philosophy means she's hiding it, but obviously the hard left has endorsed her because of her judicial philosophy. Afterward, Biden says that everyone knows someone who's had their nude photographs posted online and moved to include this in the Violence against Women Act (VAWA). Congress is also focused on domestic issues like spending billions more on coronavirus.

The U.S is considering a deal that will allow Iran to sell Russia any leftover enriched uranium after they build a nuclear weapon. Despite being wrong on all foreign policy decisions in some form or another, Joe Biden will claim victory for what is occurring in Ukraine just as he claimed victory over the Wuhan virus. Later, Americans need to be prepared for the unprovoked escalations that will inevitably occur as a result of the genocidal psych that is Putin. This is not Afghanistan, Iraq, or Libya; we can plainly see what Putin is doing and he's spelled it out in his 5,000-word essay. Russia's alliances with China and Iran are real and their enmity with the U.S is just as real. Afterward, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk calls in to discuss his disappointment in Gen. Milley's and Sec. Austin's ability to adequately respond to Putin's aggression.
