On Friday's Mark Levin Show, a Federal judge in Louisiana has blocked the Biden administration’s effort to take out Title 42, which would have resulted in 18,000 illegal immigrants entering the U.S. each day. No country can handle that much immigration at once, and at the same time we're told the great replacement theory is just a white supremacist myth. This is a racist policy pushed by a racist president helped by a racist media. The United States of the Democrat party has resulted in shortages, inflation, and impoverishment. Also, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich joins the show to discuss his election victory and pushing back against the policies of Biden administration. Then, Robby Mook testified that Hillary Clinton personally signed off on sharing false information to sabotage Trump as an October Surprise. It wasn't just Hillary that knew about this all along, but Barack Obama and Joe Biden knew as well. They used the instrumentalities of law enforcement to play the dirtiest of dirty tricks. Hillary Clinton was behind Russia Collusion, and she should be punished. She triggered investigations and 3 years of sleaze by her media pals, all to sabotage the election and presidency of Donald Trump. Later, the Senate unanimously passed a bill to protect Supreme Court Justices, and Nancy Pelosi won’t bring the bill to vote on the House floor. She doesn't mind that Justices are being threatened and is using rhetoric that can result in violence. This is the same attitude Pelosi took to not protect the Capitol building ahead of January 6th despite warnings. Finally, Stephen Miller calls in to explain that Biden is trying to bypass the Senate treaty process in order to bow our nation in submission to the WHO and surrender sovereignty and healthcare freedom.

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the stock market hasn't been this bad since 1932 and if President Biden doesn't improve his handling of the economy we will go from a recession to a depression. Every time a nation goes into a recession the government gets stronger and the individual gets weaker. The electrical grid already faces brown-outs and blackouts in California and that can be expected to spread across the country. California is already facing an electric vehicle (EV) problem. Even though there are still gas-fueled cars, the current amount of electric vehicles is already impacting citizens because the electrical grid cannot re-charge the 7 million cars that currently exist. Once all Americans have electric vehicles the country is expected to have 400 million electric cars to charge, how will we charge all of them? Then, the Marxists’ plan to incrementally increase the presence of socialism in American economic policy is right on track. They have drained our strategic oil reserves to create the problems that they wish to solve. Democrats have not made any policies that strengthen our economy, not a single one. Later, Professor Michael Eric Dyson says that the Constitution was built on White supremacy and that critiques of CRT are rooted in White people's fears of becoming the minority. This destructive ideology is what is being taught in Dyson's course at Vanderbilt University. Afterward, it’s now being reported that pro-abortion activists are calling to burn down the supreme court and murder the justices and their clerks. Yet Sen. Amy Klobuchar seemingly doesn't understand federalism and thinks that states should not decide abortion cases for themselves.

On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, why isn't existing immigration law being enforced at the southern border? President Biden himself has admitted in the past that White Europeans will be a minority in the US due to a nonstop stream of immigration. Biden also ignores the antisemitism of the Buffalo, NY shooter and tries to blame the "replacement theory" that his administration perpetuates on Republicans. Rep. Rashida Tlaib's bigoted radicalism and hate for Jews has never been denounced by Democrats or the media. Then, Pelosi's select committee on January 6th is obtaining information that the Department of Justice could not normally obtain, so they are asking Congress to produce transcripts to use for their criminal investigation. This clever work-around violates the liberties of individuals and gives the DOJ an unfair advantage and a reach they wouldn't otherwise have. One's sworn testimony under oath for a legislative proceeding does not meet the same standard the government would have to compel testimony in front of a grand jury for a criminal proceeding. Moreover, subpoenaing President Trump's personal lawyer and former staff for delaying the certification of an election violates the separation of powers, because one has a right to legally challenge an election. Later, the results in the Pennsylvania US Senate primary are headed to a recount between the two highest vote-getters. In other election news Sen. Roy Blount's son draws scrutiny for work by his political canvassing company and lobbying against voter ID, while concealing the source of funding. Afterward, former Ambassador Danny Danon calls in to discuss his new book "In the Lion's Den: Israel and the World." Danon says Israel must remain strong because Israel has the same enemies America has just a lot closer to their homeland.

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, President Biden visited Buffalo, NY, and harped on 'replacement theory' but took no responsibility for what's going on at the border. The vast majority of Americans including Hispanics who live near the border reject Biden's border policies. The Buffalo killer identified as a nationalist socialist with contempt for Fox News and Jews and didn't shoot at Hispanics, he specifically targeted African Americans which has nothing to do with the so-called 'replacement theory' ideology. Then, Iran is positioning itself to advance its nuclear position. Iran is deploying more advanced centrifuges and enriching more uranium, enough for one or more nuclear bombs. The Biden Administration and the media are ignoring these developments. Later, Michelle Obama moves to change the language by eliminating the letter "E" from the word women and replacing it with an "X" in her comments on how overturning Roe v. Wade would hurt women. And a middle school mom gets shut down by a school board for defending her kid from pornographic material distributed by the school. Afterward, polls in Pennsylvania have closed, however, there is no clear winner as of yet. Ted Budd wins the North Carolina Republican Senate primary.

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, what happened in Buffalo, NY was horrible and this 18-year-old killer should face the death penalty but he can’t because it’s NY. As the nation becomes more diverse because of immigration and other reasons it's even more of a need to keep the nation together. The racist shooter chose that supermarket because it had a high number of African Americans and knew they'd be defenseless because it was New York State, and they have stringent gun laws. He admits to studying communism and rejects the left and the right. Then, replacement theory as it's been referred to by the media is the notion that non-whites are replacing whites is also a Lat-crit policy promoted by the left. Yet they blame Donald Trump for promoting racism and hate. If you believe in a color-blind society, they say something is wrong with you. That goes directly against our national motto 'E Pluribus Unum' (out of many, one). Later, the FDA created this baby formula shortage with their extensive regulations. Its consumers who decide which products are bought and sold, not the government. Also, it's important to send someone to the US Senate that can win and Kathy Barnette's derogatory comments about gays and Muslims put her at a disadvantage to win in the general election. Afterward, Sen. Ted Cruz joins the show to reiterate that Putin must be defeated, and Russia must lose. Cruz discussed his vote to assist Ukraine and blamed President Biden's weakness warning that China is taking note of it. Cruz agrees with Reagan's mantra of 'peace through strength.' Finally, Rep. Ted Budd calls in for an update on his campaign for the US Senate in North Carolina.

'Big Baby Formula' has joined forces with 'Big Oil' to gauge prices on what little formula is available due to the supply chain shortages. The left's only suggestion is to labor more babies, so we'll need less formula. The options for meat and electricity are also limited, so the Biden Administration has announced a new agency to oversee 'Environmental Justice' that, in effect, these enviro-Marxists will make America poor and destroy our economic system while blaming climate change in the process. Now we have President Biden who has desperately tried to be the second coming of FDR and is destroying our economy in his stupor, zeal, failing mental health, and bad choices. Biden now agrees with his 'Ultra MAGA' critics saying that the number one threat to our economy is inflation. Biden's reckless spending and the subsequent printing of more money, along with his anti-fossil fuel energy policies, triggered inflation, to begin with. Not COVID, Not Putin. Inflation is out of control at a 40-year high and despite the manipulated calculations, when the GDP comes in, we’ll likely will see that the U.S is in a recession. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, reports of baby formula shortages go back months to February of 2022, and prior to that retail pharmacy chains alerted customers to shortages in November of 2021. Yet President Biden claims he's not a mind-reader and blames the FDA. However, the FDA wasn't involved in any false alarms or recalls at that time. Why is there only one article on this from CNN, where is the coverage of this story from the other news outlets over the past six months? The corrupt media has failed us again because the press was too busy covering up for Biden and prompting their radical agenda. Then, our border crisis, crime, and inflation are not because of Russia and Ukraine. These arguments come from pro-Putin propagandists that want to weaken this nation from within by cultivating isolationist neo-Marxists. Stopping aid to Ukraine won't magically shut our border, produce baby formula, or end the transgender indoctrination of American children. It simply doesn't work that way. The left will wage war on the unborn, attack liberty, and trash the founding of our nation whether Ukraine gets aid or not. Later, America will endure the predicted food shortages in part to Biden's attack on energy and fertilizer. We can't reap and sew crops without farm equipment. Afterward, Dr. Oz calls in with a final pitch for his candidacy for the US Senate. Oz promised to be a bold voice for pro-life issues and dependable as a US Senator.

At a local diner, waitresses can't afford to fill their tanks anymore and the Diner owners can’t stock all of the goods and ingredients. Meanwhile, all President Biden does is blame Russia and manufacturers like the baby formula companies. Abbot laboratories say it will take 6-8 weeks to rebound from a recall that they claim was not linked to recent infant fatalities and sicknesses. Rep Kat Cammack has shared photos of pallets of baby formula stored for child migrants at a closed border facility. Congress is waiting two weeks to conduct a hearing which puts the lives of children in jeopardy. Then, Congressman Jim Jordan joins the show to explain how Democrats on the January 6th Select Committee have threatened to subpoena him but have failed to serve him. Jordan also discussed how a concerned mom was investigated by DHS and labeled a domestic terrorist. Later, various groups were competing for power in Russian history. Leon Trotsky was assassinated by Joseph Stalin's hitman. Marxism is an ambiguous ideology. Even Lenin was known for saying that Marx couldn't tell them how to govern. Lenin also called on Trotsky to stop Stalin. Similarly, the Democrat Party seeks a permanent counter-revolution in the United States. Therefore Democrats describe their violent war on civil society as 'mostly peaceful.'

Democrat policies have killed jobs and increased the cost of goods. Then, what would Donald Trump do to resolve these shortages? Trump would be on the phone with manufacturers, foreign leaders, and government agencies to roll back red tape. Jim Jordan and Mike Johnson released a letter regarding the FBI's tracking and labeling of dozens of parents as insurrectionists. Following the infamous Merrick Garland memo last October, written at the behest of the National School Boards Association, whistleblowers have revealed that the domestic terrorism division of the FBI has used a tip line and threat tags to target concerned parents. This impedes a parent's Constitutional right to speak and advocate for their children. Afterward, US Senate Candidate Dave McCormick calls in to discuss his campaign. McCormick added how he will challenge his Democrat opponent in the general election.
