What about LBJ using federal law enforcement to spy on the campaign headquarters of Barry Goldwater? These Democrats did that and much worse when they were in power. Then, Democrats take loyalty seriously and there are next to no examples of Democrat Attorneys General turning on their former bosses. However, when it comes to Republicans, they are happy to turn on the president they served under. Later, Nancy Pelosi should be urged to visit Taiwan especially since China is threatening to take action if Pelosi travels to the island. Biden has acquiesced and said she should stay home, and Gen. Milley has indicated that the U.S will mobilize military assets near the region. Pelosi would be the highest-ranking US politician to visit the nation. Afterward, Ohio Senate Candidate JD Vance joins the show to explain how the Democrat in the race is positioning himself as a conservative. Vance agreed that the party needs to come together to beat Tim Ryan who is the preferred candidate of Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden.

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, America's founding was debated and adopted in Independence Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. What happened in America has never happened in the course of history and it likely won't ever happen again. America is the greatest human experiment in the history of mankind. A fantastic example built on the foundation of Athens, Rome, and the British Parliament. This nation doesn't exist for the sake of equity, it exists for, and because of, liberty. Later, as predicted by this program the Justice Department is criminally investigating former President Donald Trump. They moved from politicization to criminalization. The two angles are a seditious conspiracy and a false elector’s scheme. This is an incredibly dangerous and out of line action by the corrupt leadership at the United States Justice Department to criminalize the political processes of an election. Then, the January 6th Committee has concluded that Trump must be prosecuted. Yet committee members like Eric Swalwell, who slept with a Chinese spy, suggest Trump be treated like a criminal. Separation of powers is vital to the future of this republic. If Democrats do this, they will blow a hole in this country that can never be fixed. Afterward, whistleblowers within the FBI and the Department of Justice are alleging that officials are ignoring and avoiding evidence that Hunter Biden violated the law. The corruption within the FBI is severe. They are doing this to affect the outcome of the midterm election.

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, if invaded by China, Taiwan must launch a retaliatory attack on China's mainland. Unlike the United States, Taiwan is preparing for China's attack. The Biden Administration is too focused on chasing Donald Trump, destroying fossil fuels, debating how open the border should be, and how to redefine a recession when they can't even define what a woman is. Then, the same idiots that caused shortages of gasoline, shortages of food, and inflation claim they have the cure for the environment. They suggest all vehicles be electric even though our electric grid cannot support that type of output. Later, The New York Times has smeared this program again with an article besmirching Mark. As Democrats further criminalize dissent, this program continues to condemn the violence of January 6th and defend the Constitution. If the leftwing media weren't afraid of the truth, they wouldn't try to spin what this program says. Afterward, Charlie Kirk joins the show to discuss his new book "The College Scam."

A 22-year-old Good Samaritan with a handgun stopped a mass shooting at an Indiana mall. It is yet another example of a good guy with a gun stopping a bad guy with a gun, compared to new details emerging in the ultimate failure with law enforcement in Uvalde.

When it comes to the corrupt January 6th committee, Democrats want everyone they subpoena to submit to their one-sided show trial, yet refuse to release the transcripts of depositions. Donald Trump did not take any illegal advice, he didn't call in the military, and he didn't call in the Dept. of Homeland Security to stop or interfere in the election or transition. Yet the Jan 6th committee continues to fabricate narratives to try and secure an indictment based on the 14th Amendment.

What is this national climate emergency all about? President Biden now claims he will legislate on his own because Congress won't give him what he wants. The left will burn down whatever gets in the way of achieving their political will. Biden and the radical Marxists he surrounds himself with are destroying everything they can get their hands on.

Hunter Biden has had more than 150 flagged financial transactions and why he is under federal investigation for money laundering and tax evasion. It is known that he has made at least $31 million from Chinese interests. AG Merrick Garland has announced that no prosecutions will be made if they can have a potential impact on a political campaign - the exact opposite of what they are doing to Donald Trump.

Irrespective of your opinion of Steve Bannon, it's a travesty that he was maligned and found guilty of contempt of Congress. This is bigger than any one person, as this is an affront on equal justice under the law and an attack on Americanism more broadly. Can anyone say with a straight face that Bannon faced a fair trial in Washington? Then, the battle to legislate contraception rages on as Democrats move to play politics following the Roe decision. Democrats pretend there is a massive push by states to ban birth control and need to codify it federally, but there is not. Later, coming out of the pandemic, many have realized that it wasn't the virus that stopped our children's education or their employment. It was their local, state, and federal governments that made those bad choices. President Biden and the Democrats will pay the price for the decisions of leftwing politicians this November.

Then, the Capitol Police Chief fired back after the US Attorney refused to charge nine staffers from Stephen Colbert's late-night television show illegally entered the Capitol Office building. The Chief's letter revealed more information about how the "Colbert 9" had already been kicked out of other Capitol buildings and had been warned several times about being in the building without a Congressional escort. The production staff was denied press credentials and lied about having them so that they could prank Republican members of Congress. They claim they were inviting members to a cocaine orgy as a joke. Later, Congress is playing games and introduced unnecessary laws to protect same-sex marriage, interracial marriage, and contraception. This legislation does nothing because the Supreme Court was clear in the Dobbs case that their decision was specifically focused on abortion rights as determined by states. Democrats have done this to bully Republicans with campaign attack ads saying they didn't support the gay marriage bill. Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, and other Democrats within Congress, the Department of Justice, and the media are in a rush to convict any Trump ally they can before the midterm elections so they can exploit it for their own political benefit. Then, lawlessness and violence cause decay to the civil society and that is at the core of the Democrat Party, and it always has been since the Confederacy, segregation, Jim Crow, and the KKK. Coupled with a growing Marxist movement within the Democrat Party, their ultimate goal is the destruction of American norms and the creation of their new political power structure.
