On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, like clockwork, the Republicans led by Mitch McConnell are working with Chuck Schumer on a massive spending omnibus bill in the name of fully funding the government and they plan to do it in the lame-duck session. Interestingly, the Wall Street Journal will support this massive spending to keep the government open but sat idly by when the government shut down the private sector. Who are these Republicans that claim to be conservatives but march to the drumbeat of Schumer and McConnell? They are phony conservatives, and they are sabotaging the important work that needs to be done for the American people. Later, Apple gives into China's request to remove the AirDrop function so that anti-lockdown protesters can't share information. Apple is also threatening Twitter with removal from the App Store because Elon Musk has opened the platform to share truths about COVID and other dissenting ideas that they suffocated in the past including former President Trump's account. Apple is using its monopolistic power to destroy disagreement and Gov. Ron DeSantis is their next target to be canceled. Afterward, US Sen. Mike Lee joins the show to discuss the most recent bill passed in the Senate to codify same-sex marriage. Lee says that this is problematic for communities of faith that don't recognize same-sex marriage and suggested amending the bill, but the bill passed anyway.

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, former President Trump should distance himself from antisemitic Kanye West after their recent lunch at Mar-A-Lago. Trump has repeatedly demonstrated that he is the most pro-Jewish and pro-Israel president this country has ever seen. While Trump has never praised a Jew-hater, Biden most certainly has. The history of Biden’s racism is so deep, but the media won’t talk about that. Then, the Constitution grants the governance of election laws to each state's legislature. However, there are judges and others that disagree with this premise. Later, the Biden administration has not even acknowledged the protests in China or Iran. These people suffering under these tyrannical regimes are nothing like those they oppress. The Biden administration is on the wrong side of these issues each and every time. Afterward, the New York Times has blood on its hands because they have turned a blind eye to the truth and have embraced the tyrants. Whether it's the coverup of China's virus culpability, the denial of the Holocaust, or their embrace of the Castro regime they have chosen the bad guys and rejected the citizenry that suffered.

The Best Of Mark Levin - 11/26/22 Nov 26, 2022

This week on the Mark Levin Show, reporting shows that the wife of the newly appointed Special Prosecutor in the DOJ's case against Donald Trump has been a frequent donor to the more radical members of the Democrat Party such as Rashida Tlaib and also produced a film highlighting former First Lady Michelle Obama. It seems that AG Merrick Garland did minimal vetting in his selection of this 'independent' counsel that he hired to prosecute Trump. Where are the conservatives on CNN? Where are the conservatives at MSNBC or the New York Times? This is what happens under one-party control. That’s why the propaganda goes on and on like Republicans are election deniers. The media has never called out Democrats for being election deniers. Then, surely, it's more important for Congress to see a sitting president's taxes than a former president's taxes since the sitting president is part of their oversight mandate and a former president is a private citizen just like you are. This means that the Supreme Court made it fair game for Congress to subpoena the tax records of any and all private citizens. Congress's role is legislative oversight, not the criminal investigations of private citizens.

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, we bring you the Best of Mark Levin. Nancy Pelosi has been fired as speaker by the American people. Pelosi is a classless disgruntled backbencher that is celebrated for her policies on the border, the economy, and what she calls election deniers. Pelosi criticized House Republicans for investigating President Biden and his son Hunter when all she and the Democrats have done is launch one investigation after the next against Republicans. Then, slash the DOJ and their budget if they're going to go after parents. Republicans in the House need to take a principled stand against the radical left. Later, FBI Director Christopher Wray refuses to answer questions on whether the FBI is receiving private social media information and whether they are tracking the names of American citizens in conjunction with that social media data. This seems like a massive civil liberties problem. Afterward, the White House through their partners set up dark money groups that won't be scrutinized until after the 2024 election. They plan to make it look like the Republicans are politically persecuting David Brock's front groups when the reverse is actually happening. The Republican majority must look into Facts First, The Congressional Equity Project, and the Center for American Progress are actually doing behind their non-profit tax-exempt status.

If Mitch McConnell and other weak Republicans continue to work against the interests of Americans, then this program will lead a movement against them. We The People have more power than McConnell, Governor Chris Christie, and President George W. Bush, it's our country, not theirs. Also, what is the most important issue or policy that you think a Republican congress should be focused on? The Republican's first act was to give Democrats 12 votes to overcome a filibuster to codify same-sex marriage. Why would they vote for this rather take on inflation, gas prices, the border, etc.? Because they are led by McConnell, who will disappoint you at every turn. Also, the media are desperate for a war between Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis. The media wants to knock both of them out to make room for a RINO for president. They shouldn’t take the bait. Later, the two attorneys who firebombed a police vehicle in the summer of 2020 were charged and sentenced to a lighter sentence with help from the DOJ. Yet there are people that were held in jail for longer periods of time for never throwing a single Molotov cocktail, but simply parading and trespassing on January 6th.

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, WPHT radio host Rich Zeoli fills in for Mark. The media, Nancy Pelosi, and the Democrats claimed that the shooter at an LGBTQ nightclub was motivated by Trump and trans-phobic Maga Republicans, yet it has been revealed in court that the shooter identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns. The left always uses tragedies to advance their agenda, and now they’re twisting themselves to use the Colorado nightclub shooting to attack republicans. Then, in breaking news, Dr. Anthony Fauci will hopefully finally be grilled by a GOP House Committee before too long. Newly unredacted emails obtained through a FOIA request reveal that there was significant doubt amongst internal government staff over the official story regarding the origins of the covid-19 virus. It is obvious now that Fauci broke federal laws regarding gain of function research, especially in Wuhan. Later, Biden claims that his student loan debt relief scam is legal and pressed pause on payments until the court fully rules on it the case. Until then, the debate continues on whether student debt should be subsidized by all Americans including the ones that chose not to go to college.

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, where are the conservatives on CNN? Where are the conservatives at MSNBC or the New York Times? This is what happens under one-party control. That’s why the propaganda goes on and on like Republicans are election deniers. The media has never called out Democrats for being election deniers. Then, surely, it's more important for Congress to see a sitting president's taxes than a former president's taxes since the sitting president is part of their oversight mandate and a former president is a private citizen just like you are. This means that the Supreme Court today made it fair game for Congress to subpoena the tax records of any and all private citizens. Congress's role is legislative oversight, not the criminal investigations of private citizens. Later, there are various statutes violated by this Administration. Many of these laws are ignored for Democrats and they are unequally expanded for Republicans. High-ranking officials from the Attorney General to the Secretary of Homeland security have paved the way for this along with their lawyers and staffers. The next Congress must subpoena them all including Nancy Pelosi to get to the bottom of this.

Yet there are people that were held in jail for longer periods of time for never throwing a single Molotov cocktail, but simply parading and trespassing on January 6th. Afterward, Kelly Tshibaka calls in with an update on her still very close and undecided campaign for the US Senate for which counting was stalled because of newly instituted rank-choice voting. Tshibaka reiterated that Sen. Lisa Murkowski has been censured by the Republican Party of Alaska and is no longer considered a Republican., but Murkowski gets the backing from Mitch McConnell.

Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 11/18/22 Nov 19, 2022

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, AG Merrick Garland appointed a Special Counsel to investigate the opponent of the current Administration. They want to criminalize what at best would be an administrative case against former President Donald Trump for keeping documents at his residence in Mar-A-Lago as mementos of his days in the White House (no nuclear codes). Garland chose an individual that has deep associations with the Washington establishment and is as far from 'independent' as one could get. Why would the Democrats do this but for trying to send him to prison? Then, Federal District Judge Walton compared what happened on January 6th to what happened in Nazi Germany and labeled Trump a charlatan. This proves that Trump could never have a fair trial in Washington DC. What Judge Walton did was a disgrace to the federal judiciary; he's a jurist, not a commentator, and has poisoned any jury pool that could possibly be assembled in his courthouse. Later, multiple federal agencies have been amassing large arsenals of weapons from 2015-2019. This militarization of our federal government is said to be linked to the 'war on terror.' So, it's okay if the bureaucrats are armed but not okay if the citizenry is?
