It’s because these neighborhoods are crime-infested and have failing schools. Athletes want to live in gated communities and wear social statements on their uniforms, which is a right that comes from the very Constitution that protects their right to protest. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, despite bad decisions in New York, New Jersey, and other states the death rate for the Wuhan virus is two-tenths of one percent, or simply put the success or recovery rate is 99.8%. However, the media would have you think otherwise despite the facts. This is done to hurt President Trump's reelection and its aided and abetted by the media. This new media of young kamikaze activists have abandoned their profession in favor of collectivism and trashing Trump. Then, the country has moved from the spying of candidate Trump to impeachment, to coronavirus, to riots, looting, and the toppling of statues. Trump held a Bible in front of a church and the media chastised him. The same media that is parading around a Black Lives Matter leader calling for activists to 'burn down the system' and New York City's own Curtis Sliwa joins the show to give us the play-by-play from the streets. Later, in 1975 Joe Biden argued for segregation saying that bussing, or integration more implicitly, was a "rejection of the whole movement of Black pride individuality." Biden's own words weren't an argument against bussing, but a shocking argument for keeping Blacks out of White neighborhoods as Sen. Kamala Harris once pointed at a debate. Biden should be ashamed of these comments. Afterward, Sen, Tom Cotton calls in to explain why the founders wanted the nation’s Capital to be a federal territory - the federal City of Washington District of Columbia - not a state.

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democrat Party has embraced evil more than it has embraced Americanism. They've chosen hateful emotion over facts and logic. The latest being the controversy over the statue of President Lincoln in Boston which some Black Lives Matter activists want removed. This particular statue is the first statue of Lincoln ever erected and it was paid for by freed black slaves. Then, a new Gallup poll shows that the public is less trusting of the media than before regarding the coronavirus and the confidence is split among party lines. Sadly, the Democrat Party is at war with American institutions, the founding, the military, the police and a vote for a Democrat or a vote for Joe Biden is a vote against America. Later, Donald Trump, Jr. calls in to discuss how the left distorts the truth in word and in deed.

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Lt. General Micahel Flynn joins the show for the first time in nearly four years to discuss today's decision by the federal court of appeals to dismiss all charges against him. Flynn thanked this program and the Levinites for seeing through this set-up from day one and for the overwhelming support he received. Flynn was grateful that the rule of law prevailed but warned that the battle isn't over because Judge Sullivan still has to move forward with the circuit court's order. Then, in breaking news, Attorney Sidney Powell representing General Flynn calls in to explain that Judge Sullivan ordered a stay on his order instead of dismissing the case outright. This is a very odd and rare course of action for any federal judge to take. Despite Sullivan's reticence to honor the circuit court's order, there is still no conceivable way to put Flynn in prison. Later, newly released FBI notes indicate that Barack Obama himself ordered James Comey to investigate Flynn and to withhold information from President -Elect Trump. Later, the Democrats' militant arm of Marxist-anarchist militia men and women, known as ANTIFA have trained with domestic terrorists. Breitbart News reveals that BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors was personally mentored by radicals affiliated with Bill Ayers. The Weather Underground and others of these groups specialized in fire-bombing police stations and government buildings and were subsequently classified by the FBI as domestic terrorists. Afterward, the infamous leftist academcian Noam Chomsky inflammatorily calls President Trump the "gangster in the White House" and "worst criminal in human history."

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, revolutionaries are pulling down statues of any founding father or historical figure that has a link to slave ownership. Taking this knee jerk reaction to its logical extreme would suggest that the Declaration of Independence and the U.S Constitution should no longer apply to them. This would eliminate the very right to protest that the agitators are actively using. Due process, speedy trials, and all other liberties afforded to all Americans was drafted and ratified by two-thirds of Congress. A legislative body made up of slave-owners and free men, from slave states and free states alike. By asserting these documents, movements like Black Lives Matters are tacitly accepting America's history of laws written by White males. This logic is inconsistent with the rhetoric espoused by these movements. Then, liberty wasn't intended to destroy liberty; Americans must never use the Constitution to destroy the Constitution. Law enforcement and intelligence apparatchiks must never be used to stop a political rival. This rejection of the peaceful transition of power breads violence and now it’s metastasizing. Later, Joe Biden and the new left continue the push for free college because most campuses are Marxist training grounds. Interestingly President Trump has done more to provide funding for historically Black Colleges and Universities than any other U.S President.

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Nancy Pelosi has been very selective with her outrage over racism and desire to remove statues. Pelosi has been in Congress since 1981 and has never once even tried to remove any statues. In fact, Pelosi sang the praises of the late Senator Robert Byrd, a former leader of the Ku Klux Klan, that Pelosi and then-Vice President Joe Biden, lauded Byrd as the embodiment of the American Dream. Even President Obama failed to acknowledge Byrd's long history as a Klansman. Later, Black Lives Matter co-founder, Patrisse Cullors, openly admits to being a "trained Marxist" yet the media remains silent on the violence born from the movement she helped start. Not a single word from the media on the antisemitism coming from this movement. Afterward, Vice President Mike Pence joins the show to discuss the reopening of America and shared his thoughts on the Supreme Court's recent decision on DACA.

As the list of statues coming down increases, the list of statues toppled still doesn't include any segregationists like Woodrow Wilson, FDR, or Robert Byrd. Also, Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer are stopping an African American Congressman Jim Clyburn from becoming Speaker — so why exactly are they standing in his way? Yet, Rep. Hakeem Jeffries says that a Black Speaker of the House is not needed and that Pelosi is “legendary.” Then, education has become indoctrination. It’s why the Black Lives Matters Marxists are solidly behind Joe Biden in 2020, despite his support for segregationists. As if knowledge has been purged and replaced with brainwashing to reinforce a leftist viewpoint. They are cherry-picking history to form a monopoly of ideology, to never be challenged by debate or discussion. Later, radical activist Shaun King says that statues of Jesus Christ should come down if they're White and have European features. This insanity would cross a line that would be very bad. Mobs should not unlawfully pull down any monuments. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Paul Howard, an Atlanta prosecutor, all but tried his case against the police officer in the Rayshard Brooks case on TV. It was shocking that such a spectacle even occurred. This flies in the face of justice and due process; no citizen should ever be denied these fundamental rights. Then, just two weeks ago this same prosecutor charged six cops (five of which are African American) with using a taser as a deadly weapon. This case is clearly not about race and the prosecutor has no basis for such charges - especially before the final report of the shooting from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Later, former National Security Advisor John Bolton is positioning himself as a super patriot for being disloyal to the country in name of selling books. Selling his notes and insight of private discussions with the President is just as bad as what James Comey did in this leak to the New York Times.
