On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the global and especially American situation is very dark, grave, and worsening daily. Europe has fallen to a jihadi Islamist crusade while unprecedented antisemitism targets Jews walking the streets in the U.S. while every synagogue spends fortunes on security. The Democrat Party no longer offers support to Jews, as it has been taken over and devoured by Islamists and Marxists who are welcome there. Also, the Supreme Court issued a major decision upholding that the Voting Rights Act of 1965 was never intended to allow creation of congressional districts based on race; it aimed instead to end race-based segregation in the South. The ruling reaffirms that districts cannot be drawn with racial intent to discriminate or guarantee outcomes, requiring actual evidence of intent to block minorities’ opportunity to elect candidates of their choice rather than mere allegations. Democrats have misused the Act to advance their party by creating race-conscious districts, treating certain racial groups as reliable voters and fearing losses in majority-white areas, contrary to the Act’s original colorblind aim. Later, Rep Byron Donalds calls in and reports that Gov Ron DeSantis submitted a new congressional map, which the legislature passed and the governor plans to sign. This is a strong reflection of the Florida’s political framework. He also explains that the Democrat Party are a bunch of limousine liberals. They love everything being handed to them, but they do not have an appreciation for the market system and for free enterprise.

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the AP article reporting James Comey’s second indictment was grotesque propaganda - an opinion piece that leads with accusations of vindictive prosecution by the Trump administration's Justice Department. The piece notes Comey's history feuding with Trump and his role in the Russia investigation but these details are irrelevant to the charge. Comey's explanation for the 8647 seashells is unbelievable—especially for a former FBI director. Also, Iran is overflowing with oil and desperately seeking storage in quarries, old ships, and anywhere possible because President Trump has effectively shut down the Strait of Hormuz—taking it over in response to Iran’s actions—preventing them from exporting oil. They continue pumping but have nowhere to store it; shutting down the wells risks destroying or rendering many unworkable. The U.S. should give Iran two options – unconditional surrender or we finish Iran off. Later, the Democrat Party has a long history of violence and embracing humanity's worst traits. Democrats target Trump because he stands between them and the people, loves America and its founding. Their inflammatory language, labeling Trump as Hitler or a dictator, is designed to incite violence against ICE, police, and the president through mobs funded by billionaires and networks. Americans see through this. Afterward, Bruce Blakeman calls in to discuss his run for Governor of NY against Kathy Hochul. Common-sense Democrats are supporting him because the Democratic Party has shifted to far-left progressive woke policies that are un-American, denigrate the country, and have abandoned traditional American values once shared by figures like Moynihan and Scoop Jackson.

Hannity stressed that such failures must end to ensure the safety of all elected officials, regardless of party.

4/22/26 - Mark Levin: We've NEVER Seen Democrats This Desperate Apr 23, 2026

On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, in the spirit of George Wallace, Democrats in Virginia disenfranchised millions of voters through a misleading referendum on representation, which passed in a Democrat-majority state where most Democrats voted against Republicans having any seats. But the Tazewell Circuit Court just ruled the referendum unconstitutional on two grounds: the ballot language was utterly misleading and the legislature’s vote to place it on the ballot violated state law. The judge issued an injunction blocking certification and denied a stay, with a final order forthcoming and immediate appeal expected to the Virginia Supreme Court. Ken Cuccinelli calls in and explains the Circuit Court’s decision. There are four significant state constitutional violations, any one of which could invalidate the referendum or the resulting map, as challengers only need to prove one flaw while defenders must win on all four. Also, the Southern Poverty Law Center has targeted and maligned traditional conservatives for decades. After the civil rights era, it struggled to find enough discrimination under federal and state law to attract donors, so it created such discrimination on a grand scale. According to an indictment with receipts, the organization funneled more than $3 million in donor funds to extremist groups. It set up accounts with fake names to launder the money and conceal its involvement. Later, Dana Perino calls in to discuss her new novel - Purple State. She also weighed in on the Southern Poverty Law Center which she called the greatest extortion scam in a long time by creating and inflating hate in order to claim credit for fighting it. Perino also emphasized that Israel’s post-October 7 actions and recent intelligence gains have put the Iranian regime on the ropes, and Trump would ultimately finish the job.

His erraticism, extremism, and long list of isms, and his public decline and unraveling, have been career and influence killing. Later, the U.S. is taking a wait and see approach toward Iran, due to the regime's divided leadership and lack of a single negotiating voice. A divided regime creates the ideal precondition for collapse, so the U.S. should actively assist this by using all tools available to force its collapse and arm the courageous Iranian people. Afterward, Rep Chip Roy calls in and announces the MAMDANI Act of 2026 (Measures Against Marxism’s Dangerous Adherents and Noxious Islamists), which enacts sweeping immigration law changes to deport, denaturalize, deny U.S. citizenship, or bar entry to any alien who is a member of a socialist, communist, Chinese Communist Party, or Islamic fundamentalist party, or who advocates for socialism, communism, Marxism, or Islamic fundamentalism. The U.S. has no obligation to admit aliens seeking to undermine the Constitution or promote ideologies opposed to American values. Finally, Democrats in Virginia just voted to redraw congressional districts in a way that dismantles Republican strongholds, an action led by Gov Abigail Spanberger, who campaigned as a moderate and specifically promised not to alter redistricting. This is the worst gerrymandering in American history, especially in a purple state like Virginia.

4/20/26 - Iran Negotiations: A Dangerous Game of Leverage Apr 21, 2026

Democrats like Rep Ro Khanna, who align with figures like Hassan Piker, stand with Iran, Hamas, and Hezbollah. This reflects a broader Democrat alignment against America and Israel. Meanwhile, Khanna achieved a 143% return on Nvidia stock purchased by his wife through a family trust worth tens of millions. The timing coincided with the federal CHIPS Act, which more than doubled Nvidia's share price. There should be a criminal investigation and House Ethics Committee review on this. Later, Alan Dershowitz calls in and announces that he’s becoming a Republican because the Democratic Party has become the most anti-Israel party in U.S. history, with some extremists veering toward anti-Semitism. Dershowitz says he is determined to do everything possible to prevent Democrats from gaining control of the House, Senate, or presidency in three years. Finally, Republicans in Virginia need to get out and vote no for redistricting. Failure to turn out will result in losing your congressional voice, with national implications for control of the House, as Democrats seek to choose representatives for Republicans nationwide.
