On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Rep Andy Biggs is not the answer for Speaker of the House. Rep Kevin McCarthy isn’t the most conservative person for Speaker but unlike past Republican Speakers, he has reached out to the Freedom Caucus and Conservatives. We need to get these committees and investigations ready to go and hit the ground running on day one. Mark Meckler calls in to explain that Biggs refused to let a vote happen in Arizona for Convention of States. Real conservatives stand for the Constitution and taking power away from DC, that’s not Biggs. Also, a jury finds the Trump organization guilty on 17 counts in a tax fraud case in Manhattan. It’s clear that a jury of your peers in NYC or DC is hostile to any Trump person or Trump entity. Prosecutors know this, so you can’t get a fair trial. Why would the Trump family not pay those taxes but pay all other taxes? Later, outside of Florida and NY House Republicans didn’t do well in the midterms because of redistricting. That means Republican establishment and legislatures didn’t do their job; it has nothing to do with Trump. Afterward, The Biden administration is starting to talk about antisemitism but not in their party.

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, we have an increasing police state problem in our country. President Joe Biden has violated immigration laws, his party intends to pack the courts, and if he gets his way they'll destroy the voting system unless the courts and We The People stop him. Yet all the media can discuss is how dangerous Donald Trump is. This is the dismantling of America. Then, what is populism, and who determines who the majority is? While Marx often discussed 'classes" he never defined them. When it comes to unalienable rights does it matter whether it's populist or not? Capitalism at its root is our freedom to use our intellectual and physical labor to get something or give something, this is the essence of liberty. Afterward, if the bureaucracy ever wants to go after its citizenry, it will do it by way of taxes. Alexis De Tocqueville wrote about this praising the United States for being uniquely different yet here we are facing 87,000 new IRS agents and the Republicans seem more interested in being populists rather than defending the Constitution.

The Best Of Mark Levin - 12/3/22 Dec 03, 2022
    Show notes

This week on the Mark Levin Show, former President Trump should distance himself from antisemitic Kanye West after their recent lunch at Mar-A-Lago. Trump has repeatedly demonstrated that he is the most pro-Jewish and pro-Israel president this country has ever seen. While Trump has never praised a Jew-hater, Biden most certainly has. Like clockwork, the Republicans led by Mitch McConnell are working with Chuck Schumer on a massive spending omnibus bill in the name of fully funding the government and they plan to do it in the lame-duck session. Interestingly, the Wall Street Journal will support this massive spending to keep the government open but sat idly by when the government shut down the private sector. Apple gives into China's request to remove the AirDrop function so that anti-lockdown protesters can't share information. Apple is also threatening Twitter with removal from the App Store because Elon Musk has opened the platform to share truths about COVID and other dissenting ideas that they suffocated in the past including former President Trump's account. Apple is using its monopolistic power to destroy disagreement and Gov. Ron DeSantis is their next target to be canceled. The Supreme Court under John Roberts has failed us once again, releasing 6 years of Donald Trump’s tax returns to Democrats, who will only leak them and use them to attack Trump. An appeals court panel shut down the special master review of the Mar-A-Lago documents. This underscores this program's suspicion that the Biden administration is testing how far district judges will go because they are committed, not to justice, but to indicting Donald Trump. They have used the power and instrumentality of our government for their own purpose.

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, House Republicans don't like being called boneheads, but working with Democrats simply to defeat Kevin McCarthy's election as Speaker will effectively give all power to a handful of liberal Republicans and the Democrats that support them. Then, while Americans are facing increased costs for everything, President Biden hosted a state dinner for the French President and served lobster. The same lobster industry which Biden wants to shut down. Later, in a bombshell revelation, Elon Musk released the facts on Twitter's role in blocking the Hunter Biden laptop story, which included blocking the White House Press Secretary’s account, and the New York Post. It’s also been reported that the FBI was meeting weekly with big tech companies in the weeks prior to the 2020 election and was deleting tweets directly at the request of the Biden Administration which has disproportionate influence inside Twitter. Afterward, with days to go before the Georgia runoff election for the U.S Senate, more information about Raphael Warnock's insidious anti-American past surfaces. Georgians have an opportunity to choose Herschel Walker and hopefully, they take advantage of it.

This underscores this program's suspicion that the Biden administration is testing how far district judges will go because they are committed, not to justice, but to indicting Donald Trump. They have used the power and instrumentality of our government for their own purpose. Then, Kanye West's pro-Hitler and pro-Nazi comments in an interview are reprehensible. Both Kanye and NBA’s Kyrie Irving are grown men and are accountable for what they say. Later, is the government spying on Americans by obtaining information from brokers selling your social media information? The FBI has used a general warrant to obtain the information on 5,500 cell phone users that were merely in the vicinity of the Capitol on January 6th. Afterward, Bill O'Reilly calls in to discuss the very real dangers of being famous. In particular, O'Reilly discusses the subjects of his new book, "Killing the Legends: The Lethal Danger of Celebrity." https://www.amazon.com/Killing-Legends-Lethal-Danger-Celebrity/dp/1250283302/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=bill+o%27reilly+books&qid=1669908922&sprefix=BILL+O%27R%2Caps%2C82&sr=8-2

On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, 4 railroad labor unions refused to join with 8 other unions to avoid a railroad strike; they know they can threaten the American economy until they get what they want. No business should have the power to shut down the entire country, but that’s what these labor unions are doing. It is as bad as Apple setting our foreign policy by agreeing to terms by China, who were told by Xi that they are to prevent airdrop from being used on iPhones and prevent the Chinese citizens from communicating with each other. The government doesn’t want to keep an eye on Apple, Amazon, or Google, but now they are looking into Twitter only because Elon Musk is there now. Afterward, the biggest problem is the Biden crime family, which is why the FBI, DOJ, media, and democrat party are doing everything they can to hide it. Republicans aren’t allowed to investigate Biden, but they’re still investigating Trump and want to put him in jail. The Biden administration is more hostile to free speech than any other in American history, even worse than Woodrow Wilson. Also, the first political missiles have been fired against Governor Ron DeSantis and his potential bid for president in 2024. The Atlantic writing a hit piece on DeSantis is only the beginning of the democrat media to sabotage his candidacy. They’d rather have a loser like Chris Christie as the candidate. Meanwhile, we have battles going on within the GOP over who should be the new speaker of the House. We shouldn’t be doing the dirty work for the democrats, but that’s exactly what Mitch McConnell is doing. Later, the Supreme Court under John Roberts has failed us once again, releasing 6 years of Donald Trump’s tax returns to Democrats, who will only leak them and use them to attack Trump.

Interestingly, the Wall Street Journal will support this massive spending to keep the government open but sat idly by when the government shut down the private sector. Who are these Republicans that claim to be conservatives but march to the drumbeat of Schumer and McConnell? They are phony conservatives, and they are sabotaging the important work that needs to be done for the American people. Later, Apple gives into China's request to remove the AirDrop function so that anti-lockdown protesters can't share information. Apple is also threatening Twitter with removal from the App Store because Elon Musk has opened the platform to share truths about COVID and other dissenting ideas that they suffocated in the past including former President Trump's account. Mike Lee joins the show to discuss the most recent bill passed in the Senate to codify same-sex marriage. Lee says that this is problematic for communities of faith that don't recognize same-sex marriage and suggested amending the bill, but the bill passed anyway.

Trump has repeatedly demonstrated that he is the most pro-Jewish and pro-Israel president this country has ever seen. While Trump has never praised a Jew-hater, Biden most certainly has. The history of Biden’s racism is so deep, but the media won’t talk about that. Then, the Constitution grants the governance of election laws to each state's legislature. However, there are judges and others that disagree with this premise. Later, the Biden administration has not even acknowledged the protests in China or Iran. These people suffering under these tyrannical regimes are nothing like those they oppress. The Biden administration is on the wrong side of these issues each and every time. Afterward, the New York Times has blood on its hands because they have turned a blind eye to the truth and have embraced the tyrants. Whether it's the coverup of China's virus culpability, the denial of the Holocaust, or their embrace of the Castro regime they have chosen the bad guys and rejected the citizenry that suffered.

The Best Of Mark Levin - 11/26/22 Nov 26, 2022

This week on the Mark Levin Show, reporting shows that the wife of the newly appointed Special Prosecutor in the DOJ's case against Donald Trump has been a frequent donor to the more radical members of the Democrat Party such as Rashida Tlaib and also produced a film highlighting former First Lady Michelle Obama. It seems that AG Merrick Garland did minimal vetting in his selection of this 'independent' counsel that he hired to prosecute Trump. Where are the conservatives on CNN? Where are the conservatives at MSNBC or the New York Times? This is what happens under one-party control. That’s why the propaganda goes on and on like Republicans are election deniers. The media has never called out Democrats for being election deniers. Then, surely, it's more important for Congress to see a sitting president's taxes than a former president's taxes since the sitting president is part of their oversight mandate and a former president is a private citizen just like you are. This means that the Supreme Court made it fair game for Congress to subpoena the tax records of any and all private citizens. Congress's role is legislative oversight, not the criminal investigations of private citizens.

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, we bring you the Best of Mark Levin. Nancy Pelosi has been fired as speaker by the American people. Pelosi is a classless disgruntled backbencher that is celebrated for her policies on the border, the economy, and what she calls election deniers. Pelosi criticized House Republicans for investigating President Biden and his son Hunter when all she and the Democrats have done is launch one investigation after the next against Republicans. Then, slash the DOJ and their budget if they're going to go after parents. Republicans in the House need to take a principled stand against the radical left. Later, FBI Director Christopher Wray refuses to answer questions on whether the FBI is receiving private social media information and whether they are tracking the names of American citizens in conjunction with that social media data. This seems like a massive civil liberties problem. Afterward, the White House through their partners set up dark money groups that won't be scrutinized until after the 2024 election. They plan to make it look like the Republicans are politically persecuting David Brock's front groups when the reverse is actually happening. The Republican majority must look into Facts First, The Congressional Equity Project, and the Center for American Progress are actually doing behind their non-profit tax-exempt status.
