You can find this Kirtan in Yoga Vidya Kirtanheft under the number 548: Tayatha Om Bekandze Bekandze Maha Bekandze Radza Samudgate Soha "Tayatha Om Bekandze is considered the mantra of the Medicine Buddha. It is a short version of a longer Tibetan mantra and it is also slightly modified and stands for the healing of diseases. The meaning of this mantra in short form is: "May all living beings who are ill be quickly released from their illness. And may all the diseases of these beings never occur again. Om Mata Kali is a Kirtan to invoke Kali and Durga, to invoke the Divine Mother. Om Mata Kali calls Kali, the black goddess, as Mata, divine mother, as Durga, invincible. We take refuge in this Goddess, this Cosmic power, this mysterious energy and love.     Show notes Bernardo sings in a Saturday evening Satsang at Yoga Vidya in Bad Meinberg the "Om Tryambakam" Mantra: Om Tryambakam Yajāmahe Sugandhim Pushtivardhanam Urvārukamiva Bandhanān Mrityor Mukshīya Māamritāt (3x) This Mantra is the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, the great life-giving mantra. It is sung as Healing Mantra and as Peace Mantra in Yoga Vidya at the end of Satsang. The Om Tryambakam can also be sung for deceased, for protection from accidents. It is also a Moksha Mantra that leads to liberation. You can find more information in the Yoga Vidya Kirtan Songbooklet at number 800.
