We all know that Lori Vallow is in a state mental health facility, getting her health under control in order to stand trial. She is charged with multiple counts of first-degree murder and is expected to be facing the death penalty. To understand the death penalty in Idaho, we have to take a look at other death-penalty cases in Idaho. There's only one woman, and her name is Robin Lee Row. There are some stark similarities between Robin and Lori. In this episode, we examine the death penalty for women in Idaho, go over Robin Lee Row’s case, and take a look at what the death penalty would look like if Lori received it.
