Show notes
Christopher Carter of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, hosts the Locked on Steelers podcast, and is joined by Nick Farabaugh of PennLive.com.
The Pittsburgh Steelers signed Jabrill Peppers Tuesday, which Christopher Carter and Nick Farabaugh think is a boost for Jalen Ramsey. If Peppers can be a versatile safety who helps at strong safety, free safety and in the slot, what could that do for Ramsey's skillset to make the Steelers' defense even better? Also, Chris and Nick discuss how Mike Tomlin handled questions on the Steelers' rush offense and what must be done for it to manifest this season with Jaylen Warren, Kaleb Johnson, Kenneth Gainwell and the Steelers' offensive line. Finally, Chris and Nick discuss how Tomlin addressed the question of moving Keeanu Benton from nose tackle to a more traditional 3-4 defensive end role, and whether it's the right move for the Steelers or if Yahya Black should play more nose tackle.
