Show notes
D-Mac and Travis discuss their three big takeaways from the Rams' preseason loss to the Raiders. Rookie quarterback, Stetson Bennett had his ups and downs in his second-ever taste of NFL action. We break down Bennett's night and discuss where he needs to improve to solidify his spot as the Rams backup quarterback. Next, much like they did in their preseason opener, the Rams defensive line failed to generate much of a pass rush and looked weak against the run. We discuss the state of the Rams defensive line, how they can improve, and if LA will be active on the waiver wire to add a veteran to this group. Plus, rookie tight end, Davis Allen, showed out in his NFL debut. We discuss Allen's impressive first game as a Ram and if he could be the long-term solution at tight end.
