Show notes
The Penn State Nittany Lions finish with a top 15 recruiting class in the 2024 cycle. There are a number of commits that could see play time in their freshman seasons. Locked On Nittany Lions host Zach Seyko and Locked On's recruiting expert Brian Smith debate why commits Luke Reynolds, Quinton Martin, Corey Smith, Cooper Cousins, Liam Andrews, Jon Mitchell, and Antoine Belgrave-Shorter could compete and see action early on in their careers.
The transfer portal has not been too kind to Penn State football. Division II offensive tackle Alan Herron changed his mind and is now headed to Maryland. Find out how this all happened and what it means for Penn State and James Franklin. Should there be concern around the fact that Julian Fleming STILL has not committed after being projected to Happy Valley for a week?
Finally, get to know class of 2025 defensive back and return specialist Xxavier Thomas out of Central Catholic High School in Pittsburgh. Thomas does not have any stars on his recruiting profile, but there is a lot to like about his ability. Get the breakdown in this episode of Locked On Nittany Lions!
