Tampa Bay Buccaneers' way-too-early mock NFL Draft lands a quarterback, schedule predictions, and new power rankings overreact to opinions about Baker Mayfield.
What better to do following the NFL Draft than a way-too-early mock draft for next year? Using current Super Bowl 58 odds, Pro Football Focus projects the Bucs to pick No. 5 overall in next year's selection meeting and grab North Carolina quarterback Drake Maye.
Then, with the NFL Schedule expected to be released this week, we predict key scheduling features like the first and last games of the regular season and primetime.
Finally, an NFL.com power ranking following the draft outs the author for using his dislike of moves rather than quantifiable data points.
