This episode is a recording made with my buddy Chris Cornejo during our road trip out to Iowa before our big Cedar River paddleboard trip and Iowa adventure film project!! We talk a lot about what we want to get out of this adventure, our expectations, our worries, and the adventures you can find in the midwest!!
