At 15 my mother told me that when she learned that she was expecting me, she wanted an abortion. Feelings of rejection, abandonment and lack of acceptance unconsciously took control of most of the decisions I've made in my life; including my career. I was in a desperate search of approval and recognition. And so I invested 18 years of my life as a sales and marketing expert, trying to fit in and feel accepted. I realized how unhappy and bitter that made me feel, I decided to work on my self inside out; so now as an Empowered life coach I help professional woman use self love as a source of power so they can authentically live their lives in their own terms.

Tysha Pressley is the owner of Legacy Empowerment Services. Years ago as a young adult striving to live life on life’s terms Tysha was confronted with hindrances stemming from being a survivor of a dysfunctional upbringing. She started her own journey towards inner healing in order to thrive in every area of her life. What she soon discovered is that life-long recovery was challenging but indeed possible. Tysha now brings the same hope that is helping her triumph through life coupled with clinical insight, practical teaching and wisdom to others with similar backstories who want to live their best lives and have a hand in writing their family’s legacy.

Tysha has worked in the rehabilitation counseling field for eighteen years. She has assisted individuals and families in multiple modalities such as outpatient therapy, intensive in home, drug treatment programs, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, community support team and day treatment. She has had the honor of working with persons of every generation as they transition through life stress, chaos and challenges.

Mack hails from The Bronx of New York City. She has over 15 years of experience working in the entertainment industry. It all began in the field of radio while attending Villanova University. Back in 2003, while pursuing her undergrad degree, she interned as the night show producer for the Hot Boyz on Philly's Power 99. Once she graduated, she landed a gig as the afternoon on-air talent at the former Hip-Hop and R&B station, Delaware's Kiss 101.7.
After her radio career on the East coast came to a halt, she relocated to Los Angeles. Since relocating, Shannon has starred in several commercials for companies like Anna’s Linens, Just Fab Shoes, and Hallmark. In addition, she was featured on BET’s “The Boot” and TLC’s “What Not to Wear.” While pursuing an acting career was fun for Shannon, it was not her passion. So, she decided to get back into radio. In April 2015, Shannon launched her very own internet radio show, “Smack Urban Radio.” SUR had 4 channels: Hip-Hop and R&B, Dancehall, Soca and Podcasts.
