Ep. 100 - What is Emotional Monitoring? Jan 16, 2024
    Show notes

This week, Barb and Michelle dive into a sneaky habit many of us fall into, especially as people pleasers. Learn all about emotional monitoring, how to spot it, and simple practices to unlearn this behavior.
