EP 508: Navigating Regret with Lucia Aug 13, 2025
    Show notes

In this tender and eye-opening session, Christine coaches Lucia through the heartbreak and confusion of a breakup she now regrets. While the relationship was loving and emotionally safe, differences in values, lifestyle, and follow-through led to a mutual decision to part ways. Now, Lucia is wrestling with second-guessing herself and holding on to hope—while also remembering what wasn't working.

This conversation goes far beyond one relationship story. It's about learning to trust your choices, release regret, and grieve while keeping the love. Christine helps Lucia explore self-forgiveness, avoid over-responsibility, and understand the deeper imprints from her first love and early life experiences.

If you've ever questioned a decision, longed for a "redo," or struggled to move forward after letting go, this episode will help you find clarity, peace, and compassion for yourself.

    Consider / Ask Yourself:

    • Do you tend to replay past choices, wishing you could go back and change them?
    • Are you holding on to the good memories while forgetting what wasn't aligned?
    • Have you confused the love you felt with the actual fit of the relationship?
    • Is regret keeping you stuck in the past instead of allowing you to move forward?

    Key Insights and A-HAs:

    • Regret often uses present-day knowledge to beat yourself up for past decisions.
    • Love is not always enough—shared values and aligned lifestyles matter.
    • You can keep the love while grieving the relationship itself.
    • Over-responsibility can fuel self-blame and block healing.
    • Forgiveness and grief work create the space for true clarity.

    How to Deepen the Work:

    • Write down what was working and what wasn't in your past relationship or situation.
    • Practice self-forgiveness by acknowledging you made the best choice with the information you had at the time.
    • Allow yourself to fully grieve without rushing to replace or "fix" the loss.
    • Identify any limiting beliefs you're holding about your worthiness for future healthy love.

EP 507: Getting Clarity on a Decision That Feels Blurry with Catherine Aug 06, 2025
    Show notes

In today's real-time coaching session, Christine works with Catherine, who is navigating a pivotal life decision about whether to continue a long-distance relationship that is heading toward a significant next step—or to step away.

As someone who struggles with indecision and fears making the "wrong" choice, Catherine is looking for clarity, confidence, and security in her next steps. Through their conversation, Christine helps her uncover a powerful truth: clarity often comes after we take action, not before.

What unfolds is a healing dialogue around people-pleasing, fear of mistakes, and the patterns that keep us disconnected from our intuition. Rather than rushing toward a binary decision, Catherine finds a third path—one rooted in authentic expression, boundaries, and self-trust.

    Consider/Ask Yourself:

    • Do you often fear making the wrong decision, and delay choosing altogether?
    • Have you historically prioritized others' needs over your own in relationships?
    • Are you waiting for a sign instead of trusting your own intuition?
    • What might shift if you gave yourself full permission to speak your truth?

    Key Insights & A-HAs:

    • Indecisiveness isn't always resistance—it can be sacred space while we wait for the most aligned choice to emerge.
    • The "right" decision isn't always black or white. Sometimes clarity reveals itself in a third, unexpected option.
    • Unspoken needs can't be met. Self-expression is essential to healthy relationships.
    • Even if a decision "doesn't work out," it doesn't mean it was wrong—it was your classroom for growth.

    How to Deepen the Work:

    • Journal on a time when your "mistake" led to unexpected growth.
    • Practice speaking a boundary in a safe relationship—start small.
    • Ask: What is my body telling me when I think about each possible choice?
    • Instead of asking "What should I do?", ask "What would feel most like self-honoring?"

EP 506: Moving Out of an Anxious-Avoidant Relationship Dynamic with Chloe Jul 30, 2025
    Show notes

In this vulnerable session, Christine coaches Chloe, who finds herself caught in a painful loop of anxious and avoidant attachment patterns within her marriage. Chloe's husband is navigating a midlife crisis and exploring his own healing journey, leaving Chloe feeling uncertain, hyper-vigilant, and emotionally stuck.

As they unpack Chloe's longing for clarity and security, Christine gently guides her to examine the deeper soul lesson at play: reclaiming her own truth, needs, and emotional expression without waiting for external validation.

If you've ever dimmed your emotions to "keep the peace," or found yourself anxiously waiting for someone else to decide your future, this episode will speak directly to your heart.

    Consider/Ask Yourself:

    • Do you find yourself waiting for someone else to give you clarity or permission?
    • Are you stuck in a cycle of people-pleasing, withholding, or over-functioning?
    • Do you often feel anxious in your romantic relationships—even if nothing is "wrong"?
    • Are you afraid to fully express your emotions for fear of rocking the boat?

    Key Insights and A-HAs:

    • Anxious and avoidant attachment styles are two sides of the same insecure coin.
    • Waiting for someone else's clarity can disempower your nervous system and inner child.
    • Love without truth is not real intimacy—truth and love must go hand in hand.
    • Emotional safety starts with allowing yourself to feel, express, and be seen—fully.
    • We often attract partners who mirror the healing we still need to do within ourselves.

    How to Deepen the Work:

    • Pay attention to the moments you "pretend" everything is fine. Start telling the truth—gently but consistently.
    • Stop waiting for clarity. Ask yourself: Is this relationship, as it is now, enough for me?
    • Use the phrase: "What I'm making that mean is…" to clarify miscommunications in real time.
    • Reconnect with your inner child and notice where she still believes love must be earned or tiptoed around.
    • Set an anchor point in your calendar (like a retreat or personal milestone) to reassess from a place of greater embodiment and clarity.

    Upcoming Retreat: October 17–19, 2025

Christine's next live retreat for women is happening this October, and applications are now open. This is a curated, transformational space designed to help you release old patterns, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and receive the love and clarity you truly desire.

EP 505: Unhooking from Perfectionism with Mary Jul 23, 2025
    Show notes

In this session, Christine coaches Mary, a high-achieving working mom who feels stuck in an anxious loop of striving, self-pressure, and "never-enoughness." Underneath her drive for excellence is a deep fear of falling behind or being seen as "not good enough."

Together, they unpack the childhood roots of her perfectionism and explore how nervous system patterns have reinforced the belief that love and safety must be earned through overachievement.

If you're someone who struggles to be present, always feels like you have to "do more," or battles guilt for not being the perfect parent or partner, this episode will hit home.

    Consider/Ask Yourself:

    • Do you define yourself by your productivity or achievements?
    • Are you rarely satisfied—even when you reach your goals?
    • Do you feel guilty for relaxing or being "unproductive"?
    • Is it hard to be present with your children or loved ones?
    • Is your inner critic louder than your inner cheerleader?

    Key Themes and Insights:

    • Perfectionism is a protective pattern, not an identity.
    • True excellence is rooted in love—not fear or self-judgment.
    • You can be present with others without fixing yourself first.
    • Compassion is more transformational than self-criticism.
    • Children (and your inner child) thrive when you slow down, not when you perform.

    Ways to Integrate This Work:

    • Create a daily ritual to transition from work mode to presence—especially with family.
    • Let your children teach you presence through play, imagination, and simple joy.
    • Notice when your anxious thoughts spiral, and give them a compassionate exit route.
    • Replace judgment with curiosity: "What does this part of me really need?"
    • Shift from proving your worth to practicing gentleness with yourself.

Upcoming Group Coaching Experience: Join Christine for her virtual group session on August 4th, where she'll guide you through powerful embodiment and nervous system practices to activate your divine capacity to receive. This is part two of her "Receive" series and is open to all women—whether or not you joined part one.

EP 504: Stop Being the Savior with Tiffany Jul 16, 2025
    Show notes

In this powerful and emotionally honest session, Christine coaches Tiffany—a gifted, intuitive woman who's been living inside the identity of caretaker, rescuer, and savior. As someone raised in a family marked by addiction, loss, and emotional chaos, Tiffany learned early on to take responsibility for others' well-being, often at the expense of her own.

Now, with a brother spiraling and a deep longing to create a family of her own, Tiffany finds herself stuck in an exhausting cycle of overgiving, people-pleasing, and spiritual burnout. Christine gently but firmly guides her toward a redefinition of love—one that includes boundaries, dignity, and surrender, not depletion.

This episode speaks to every empath, helper, or healer who struggles with giving too much, confusing martyrdom with love, and forgetting their own needs in service of saving others.

    Consider/Ask Yourself:

    • Do you feel responsible for other people's healing, happiness, or choices?
    • Have you been confusing helping with over-giving—or love with martyrdom?
    • Are you exhausted from trying to fix or save others who haven't asked for your support?
    • What might open up for you if you believed that everyone is on their own soul path—and you don't have to intervene?

    Key Insights and A-HAs:

    • Being the "savior" is often a survival role rooted in early identity confusion—not your true purpose.
    • There's a sacred difference between being of service and being responsible for others.
    • You can give people the dignity of their own process—and that is its own act of love.
    • God/Source never asks you to deplete yourself in the name of love.
    • When you stop over-giving, you make space for reciprocal love, rest, and your rightful life.

    How to Deepen the Work:

    • Reflect on this mantra: "I no longer rob others of the dignity of their own process."
    • Get honest about where you're still playing the role of rescuer—and release it with compassion.
    • Reorient your energy through prayer, meditation, or spiritual practices that restore you.
    • Redefine your non-negotiables in relationships, especially around addiction, boundaries, and reciprocity.
    • Begin to build a new identity: one rooted in self-trust, clear agreements, and spiritual alignment—not sacrifice.

Upcoming Event: The San Diego Women's Retreat (Oct. 17–19, 2025)If this episode resonated, you're invited to Christine's signature women's retreat—a high-frequency, transformational experience designed to reconnect you with your truth, your joy, and your courage. EP 503: When Life Just Keeps Throwing Challenge After Challenge at You with Lauren Jul 09, 2025
    Show notes

What happens when you're doing "all the right things"—and yet life just won't give you a break?

In this vulnerable coaching session, Christine supports Lauren, who finds herself stuck in a difficult season marked by frustration, stagnation, and unmet desires. From canceled dates to cockroach infestations and business disappointments, Lauren feels blocked on multiple fronts—despite years of doing the inner work.

What unfolds is a compassionate deep dive into the exhaustion of "efforting" without reward, the hidden cost of spiritual performance, and the powerful shift that comes when we release the idea that life must be "fair" to be good. Together, Christine and Lauren explore how to trade spiritual perfectionism and judgment for something much softer: acceptance, self-advocacy, and grounded trust in the unseen support that's already working on our behalf.

    Consider/Ask Yourself:

    • Do you feel like you've done the work, but life still feels hard or stagnant?
    • Are you stuck in a loop of striving, yet not seeing results?
    • Does part of you still believe life is supposed to reward effort like a transaction?
    • Are you ready to shift from pushing to receiving—from performance to presence?

    Key Insights and A-HAs:

    • Sometimes, when life "isn't working," we're actually in a season of integration, not failure.
    • "Life isn't fair" is often a core wound—and learning to advocate for ourselves is the healing path.
    • Taking empowered action is only part of the equation; our energy and beliefs must match.
    • Self-advocacy is different from self-protection or hyper-independence—it's rooted in worth.
    • Relief, not elation, is the most powerful emotional setpoint to restore inner alignment.

    How to Deepen the Work:

    • Ask: "Where in my life can I lovingly advocate for myself?"
    • Practice shifting from judgment to relief. Try the affirmation: "This is what is—and I am safe."
    • Notice when you assign meaning to disappointment. Can you stay curious instead of collapsing?
    • Look for the difference between resignation and true acceptance. One drains, the other restores.
    • Journal on this question: "What am I learning to receive in this season of life?"

Upcoming Event: Christine's Women's Retreat – October 17–19, 2025 If you feel stuck, depleted, or unsure where to go next, Christine invites you to her signature Women's Retreat.
