Loreheads Gameshow! Sep 01, 2025

Show notes

We're waiting on a lot of lore right now, so we decided to do something a little light and fun this week. We decided to answer the questions loreheads really want to know: Which champion is the cuddliest? Who would we never want to fight? Best Roommate? And more, of course. None of us are sober so. Brace yourselves.

Space Groove AU Aug 25, 2025

Show notes

Although there's not much lore in this AU, there are a ton of champions. Well, there are a ton of heroes but not as many Muzak lovers, and we all agree that needs to change. There's much, dare we say, potential here? More skins, comics, a small game? Could be funnnn...

Shurima Aug 12, 2025

Show notes

You know what my favorite thing about Shurima is? I don't know. But it's not Azir. And thankfully, we didn't have to talk about him much in this episode! Truly, even the Wiki wasn't interested in that guy. Shurima is the largest region in Runeterra, so naturally, we rambled on for 90 minutes. It has a ton of history and champions not only from Shurima, but many who have connections there. Including the Black Rose. So maybe we'll get some new lore soon?

Realms of Runeterra | Demacia and Zaun Stories Aug 04, 2025

Show notes

As we slowly sift our way through the stories in this novel, it's making me miss our regularly scheduled lore drops. Except these are all actually really good? Or maybe we're just suckers for scrappy Zaun folks.

Yunara Jul 28, 2025

Show notes

We've gotten a lot of lore leading up to Yunara's official release, and now we're ready to talk about it in full. Although we're really enjoying the new lore delivery, for Yunara, we're a little confused on what's real and what's not. Do we know this mysterious person? Or this one? OR THIS ONE?! Everything is perhaps a little too mysterious.

We Made Our Own Regions Jul 15, 2025

Show notes

We thought it might be easy to make our own regions, and then we tried to do it. It turns out Riot actually hit all the standard stuff. Hot place, cold place, pirate place, bit mountain, etc. But here we are! And I'm very proud of us.

Yunara Comic and ARAM Jul 07, 2025

Show notes

Still missing short stories, but also still loving these visual comics. Well none of us could have predicted this turn for the Darkin! We're pumped to see it all coming together. And also ARAM changes?! As ARAM Mains, this had been a good week.

Anima Squad AU Jun 30, 2025

Show notes

So there are a few similarities between Anima Squad and Star Guardians, but you know what? We don't mind all that much. A little serious, a little funny, sometimes maybe a little too serious and then it gets weird. You know how it is.

Pilgrimage Comic and Brawl Jun 18, 2025

Show notes

Riot is definitely serving with these in-client motion comics. Maybe it's because we got some more Kennen lore, which we truly weren't expecting, but we're getting pretty hyped for what's going on in Ionia and the rest of Runeterra. Give us those Spirit blossom trees! They're great.

Explaining League to Mark's Dad Jun 03, 2025

Show notes

Since Mark's dad is in town, we decided to corner him and talk his ear off about how great The Journal of Justice was. We think he's starting to understand it, but can anyone truly understand the magic of such a time?
