133. Divine Mother Healing Meditation for Rest and Release May 22, 2022

Show notes

This week’s episode is a guided meditation which helps you to connect to the Divine Mother, Goddess, The All. This is for healing, resting and replenishing. When we rest in her embrace, we come back to ourselves.

I have been working with the Divine Mother for years, in her different forms, to find rest, peace and healing. In her embrace, I become still and in complete faith and trust. She comforts and holds us when we need, guide us through darkness and light, and help us to come back to our pure and innocent essence. She is the Mother of all mothers, she is the seed of all of creation.

In Her womb we all rest, in Her arms we are nourished and we are Her beloved children.

Enjoy this healing meditation and let me know how it felt for you.

132. Astrology Update and Full Moon Lunar Eclipse Energy May 14, 2022

Show notes

In this episode I am speaking about this week’s astrological energy, tapping into the Mercury Retrograde in Gemini, Jupiter moving into Aries and of course the May 15/16 Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio.

Join us, Diana and Shereen, for a virtual ceremony to honor and celebrate the upcoming Total Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio. This is a potent time for healing our deepest wounds, releasing old karmic patterns, shedding fear-based narratives, letting go of the (dis)comfort of the known, and reclaiming our power and soul purpose as we courageously venture into the unknown.A beautiful metamorphosis is upon us now, but we must allow old versions of ourselves and our relationships to die for our destinies to unfold. This Lunar Eclipse is just the energy to support our transformation and evolution into the heart-centered, joyous, and abundant individuals we incarnated to become.

In this eclipse ceremony, we’ll circle up with a group of kindred spirits to:

☥ Learn about the destiny-charged astrology surrounding this alchemical Total Lunar Eclipse and Full Moon in Scorpio

☥ Connect with the guiding goddesses for this evolutionary time

☥ Practice exercises, mantras, and rituals to release that which no longer serves us and invite in the transformative potentials of the Taurus-Scorpio axis

☥ Set r(evolutionary) intentions for the next 6 months
