The Law Enforcement Talk Show goes to radio first. Therefore it is required that I use a clock for the length of segments. You’ve probably seen on television news interviews that they have a hard break. It’s the same with radio. The stations have to be able to program in their commercials, news, weather, traffic reports etc. These are called avails, they are NOT Optional. Every guest knows about and is informed of the length of the segments and that I will interrupt them if needed to go to the break. The interviews are recorded and the guests know that the segments must be in a certain length and it is required and they get to tell their stories to millions of people for free.
The bi-weekly podcast version of the syndicated Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show, with numerous affiliate US Radio Stations, broadcasting once a week to millions of people.
The show host,  John “Jay” Wiley, is a radio DJ and Retired Baltimore Police Sergeant. The show started as a podcast, before being recruited by terrestrial AM-FM radio stations and has been in continuous operation since March of 2017. You can reach him at jay@letradio.com.

Illegal Immigration And The Impact on Family Business. The Untold Truth, How The Southern Border Crisis Is Negatively Impacting Their Family Cattle Business. And Impacting Many Others In Their Community. Life long cattle ranchers, near the Southern Border in Arizona, talk about the realities of the Immigration Crisis. How it impacts their daily operation financially in addition to the human cost.

Fred and Peggy Davis are cattle ranchers from Tombstone, Arizona, in Cochise County. They give an unvarnished truthful look at what it is like to be Cattle Ranchers, the existing financial strains combined with the increase caused by illegal immigration and the threats to their family and others.

The entire Davis family lives on the Davis Ranch 25 miles north of the Mexican border that was founded in 1867. Unfortunately, the Davis’s ranch now is being overrun by illegal aliens and drug runners. Peggy describes what life is like for her and her children and grandchildren who live on the ranch. “I spend days like a prisoner in my own home. Local ranchers like us in the rural areas of the four border-states have had our homes vandalized. Stock waters have been drained causing severe illness and death to livestock and wildlife...We are constantly vigilant and fear for the safety of ourselves and our friends and family. While numbers are down, the aliens who are crossing are extremely dangerous,” says Peggy.

You might be surprised by how much the border crisis is effecting their border community. From crime, social issues, the jail population, to calls for service. Plus, the lies and inaction from politicians, not just on the Federal level.

Sheriff Mark Dannels has been the chief law enforcement officer for Cochise County, Arizona, which is on the front line of the current border crisis, since 2012. Under his leadership, Cochise County innovated effective strategies to address criminal activity along the country’s border with Mexico, protecting the voters who elected him and people all across the country. Most of those effective policies have been scrapped by the Biden administration, resulting in unprecedented illegal immigration, human trafficking and narcotics smuggling. He also serves on Arizona Homeland Security-Regional Advisory Council, Alliance to Combat Transnational Threats, Border Security Advisory Council, and High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area committee.

This was at the Federation For American Immigration Reform's annual Feet 2 the Fire Radio Row event. We were one of 66 radio shows invited.

Our guest Tony Pham was born in South Vietnam two years before the fall of Saigon. Like many other freedom-seeking Vietnamese, his family fled the communist regime in 1975. As a young child, Mr. Pham witnessed his parents sacrifice tremendously to rebuild their lives in a new and wonderful country. In 1985, the Phams were rewarded with their naturalized citizenship. Mr. Pham watched his parents work relentlessly as laborers to support a family and to put him through school at the College of William and Mary and then the University of Richmond School of Law.

In 2020, Mr. Pham was appointed Principal Legal Advisor for ICE and later that year was named Acting Director of ICE later that year. In his capacity as Acting Director of ICE, Mr. Pham worked to ensure that the nation’s immigration laws were enforced in so-called sanctuary jurisdictions that harbor criminal aliens.
