This week's episode of Lab Rats Culture I had the pleasure of speaking with the legendary B Boy Flo Master. We sat down and talked about humility, importance of pushing outside of your comfort zone, training, how he went from martial artist to dancing and training superstar, Usher and even where he first got the name FLO MASTER. So many laughs. So much knowledge and Legs Almighty?!! I really think y'all are gonna enjoy this episode.
There are some people that say they grew up in the industry, but Galen Hooks ACTUALLY grew up working in the industry. Pulling in experiences starting when she was only 7 years old, Galen and I sat down and talked about everything from self discipline, class etiquette, teacher/student responsibilities in the classroom, working with her icons, her work as an activist, and the state of the dance game now. My hope is that everyone who watches/listens to this is inspired. Inspired to act. Inspired to start. Inspired to persevere.
