Matchday 26 recap: The one when Barcelona won the Madrid derby Mar 08, 2021

Matchday 26 was a huge one in the LaLiga title race, as Atlético and Real Madrid drew 1-1 in the Madrid derby. That’s a result that could benefit Barcelona more than anyone and host Euan McTear (@emctear) goes over the ins and outs of the draw with Kiyan Sobhani (@KiyanSo). Barcelona, meanwhile, defeated Osasuna 2-0 away from home and Ruairidh Barlow (@RuriBarlow) picks out the best commentary clips from that game.

There was another derby this weekend too, as Valencia produced a 2-1 comeback win against Villarreal. Paco Polit (@pacopolitENG) provides the lowdown on that match. Then, Martin Devlin (@MartiRVCF) explains how important Real Valladolid’s own 2-1 win over Getafe was and discusses the relegation battle as a whole.
