Coming to the table of God awakens conversation with Him on a very intimate level. I believe the ability to personally hear the voice of God is essential for Christian living in the 21st century. It allows a FLOW OF HEAVEN into our experiences and circumstances. The beautiful thing about it...Is ONE WORD from God can CHANGE YOUR ENTIRE LIFE!! "That Vertical Lifestyle Pt.2: The Sway Vs. The Draw" S4 Ep18 Sep 05, 2023

Show notes

Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

Moses walked in some incredible miracles, but maybe his greatest contribution to the faith might have been his cry to experience the Glory. He experienced things that would have satisfied lesser followers, but he understood something vital to the faith. He kept it VERTICAL amidst a people that seemed trapped in the Horizontal. “Vertical” Christianity makes a connection between the individual and the Holy – from you to God. “Horizontal” Christianity makes a connection between the individual and everything and everyone around you.

In this episode of Keep It 100, we continue the conversation about living that Vertical Life and why lapsing into a horizontal faith could have damaging effects that might be going undetected.

"That Vertical Lifestyle Pt.1: w/ Heath King" S4 Ep17 Aug 22, 2023

Show notes

Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

Sometimes similar to Mary and Joseph (in Luke 2:41-46), we can lose Jesus in Church! Certain horizontal dogma and dimensions can cloud us from the VERTICAL FOCUS and from an undistracted gaze upon Heaven. “Vertical” Christianity makes a connection between the individual and the Holy – from you to God. “Horizontal” Christianity makes a connection between the individual and everything and everyone around you.

Many contemporary worship expressions tend to be horizontal, building on community and actively engaging everyone in common human interests. Songs that are used in horizontal worship don’t talk about “Him” or “The Eternal”, they talk about “we” and “us”. The Holy may not be treated as a desired connection to be sought by each individual, but instead center on our earthly interests. While we need both, the VERTICAL is to be established first and prioritized (Matt 6:33). Have we gotten so Horizontal that our individual walk and corporate expressions fail to get "the lift" and the LIFE of Christ in its fullness?

In this episode of Keep It 100, we talk about this subject and have a conversation with Gospel Artist and Worshipper, Heath King.

"Don't Give 'Em the Real Estate in Your Head" S4 Ep16 Aug 08, 2023

Show notes

Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

So many people are seeking freedom today. There is an epidemic of troubled-ness, emotional vexing, generational issues and bondages that are plaguing folks. As a result, people are looking to wrong sources or quick fix solutions that never get to the REAL ISSUES (that are deep within the human heart ). The only way to completely get rid of something is you must go after it at a ROOT LEVEL, and that is true of mental, emotional, physical & spiritual healing and DELIVERANCE. When you remove the root, you remove the condition, the harassing spirit, the torment and the demonic cycles. Maybe the liberation that we are seeking, is right before us and within our grasp, as we turn to the One who has ALL AUTHORITY. In this episode of Keep It 100, we talk about strongholds, false belief systems and soul ties and give some tools to bring freedom.

"The Missing Ingredient to Healing Ministry: with Joanne Moody" S4 Ep13 Jun 27, 2023

Show notes

Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

Conversations on the idea of divine healing can sometimes bring up negative responses. It's at the point where people feel the need to give a trigger warning before they talk about it. This indicates a larger problem today in some church circles. Part of this is due to ignorance, part of this is due to some bad practices and personalities, but are we losing a corporate grip on a crucial "dinner bell" to the Gospel? Are we missing out on something the church is to major in, particularly in a day of super viruses, massive incurable diseases and rising anxieties. Jesus rose up out of the tomb and "took captivity captive and gave gifts to men"..So what if there is something revolutionary available that we are leaving behind that could alter the face of modern christianity? In this episode of Keep It 100, we have a revealing and revelational conversation with Joanne Moody who experienced a life changing encounter and shares a possible secret to you getting yours." "The Price Tag of Spiritual Greatness" S4 Ep10 May 16, 2023

Show notes

Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

Our culture is in a BIG hurry. Fast foods, instant coffee, speed dating, ready-made goods, Doordash, and offers of easy solutions to difficult problems are trendy in our generation. Unfortunately, many have falsely applied this rule to the making of a leader. They expect an emergence of a Moses without the wilderness experience, an Esther without prayer and fasting, and a David without sheepherding in obscurity. Spiritual leadership without a price tag is nothing more than a shallow immature fantasy. You can microwave a potato in 7 minutes, but the making of a "golden" vessel of God can take a lifetime. In this episode of KEEP IT 100, we have a convo on the cost of the anointing, the preparation for a platform, hear an excerpt from a surprise Guest and interview Christa Smith.
