Do most people hang up the bike after RAGBRAI, or do they keep riding into fall and winter? Scott Sumpter from BIKEIOWA.com is on to tell us what ‘off season’ biking is like for him. In his words, ‘There really isn’t an off season!’ Even with cold and dark Iowa winters ahead, Scott just changes bikes, charges up the lights and layers up to be ready for cyclocross, gravel, and of course fat biking. Scott shares some of his tips on how to keep going when the seasons change. BIKEIOWA, an online resource, is home to the most comprehensive list of Iowa bike rides and events along with news, bike advocacy, apparel and so much more. www.bikeiowa.com Have a topic for a future episode?
