Join us for an interesting discussion on the power of habit and the ability to change, including:

    • The difference between Classical and Operant Conditioning
    • How our society uses conditioning to control the masses or manipulate behavior
    • How social media, dating, work habits and dieting are all influenced by conditioning behavior
    • Why we disagree with Skinner and that human beings are able to change
    • What this means for coaching and helping clients change their behavior
