Emma Sayle & Johnny Cassell – Why It’s Important For Women To Explore Sexuality In A Safe Space Jun 07, 2020
    Show notes

Hey listeners, I had the pleasure of hosting the brilliant business owner, philanthropist, and events entrepreneur Emma Sayle. We had a chat about her experience building brands and how she found time to rack up achievements while maintaining a happy life. Emma is the brains and brawn behind Killing Kittens, a night of boutique, masked erotically charged parties that help women and men to expand their sexual repertoire and experiment in a safe, non-judgmental space. It also runs as an online, Bumble-meets-Facebook-style dating app, as well as online workshops and educational materials to help women explore their sexuality. In this episode, Emma shared her perspective about: - How Killing Kittens got started from a Eureka Moment in Ibiza - The way growing up in the Middle East highlighted how imbalanced society has become in gender terms - The part she played in the female sexual revolution - Where the name Killing Kittens came from - Why she wants to include men in events - How she moved from her concept to the first event - The importance of owning sexuality in feminism - The power of building a community online to support events - How members keep the rules at events - Why the restrictions at her nights are empowering - How Killing Kittens has adapted to the lockdown - The power of virtual workshops And much, much more. ———————————— My virtual Impactful Connection workshops will enhance every aspect of your life. Bradley Theodore & Johnny Cassell – Use What You've Accumulated To Become Who You're Meant To Be May 29, 2020
    Show notes

How's it going, listeners? I’m very excited to introduce this week’s podcast guest. Contemporary artist Bradley Theodore came up in New York and Miami, starting in tech before making a significant imprint on the art world. He gave me an honest and compelling insight into how he overcame his doubts and naysayers to put himself at the cutting edge of art and visual imagery. He’s had some fantastic output over the last few years, including a collaboration with Rolls Royce, his own Puma clothing line, and work with Google Tilt and Moleskin. Not bad for a guy in whom nobody believed. Bradley is a massive advocate for self-belief and he explains in detail his approach to dealing with naysayers and haters. The great thing about Bradley is his insistence that art is universal and is everybody’s to enjoy. However, his savvy has meant that he makes a comfortable income from what he loves. You’ll learn some key aspects of monetising your passions. I’ve been inviting not only great businesspeople on this show but also nimble thinkers. You should always surround yourself with people who are more successful or intelligent, as you can learn from them and grow. My conversation with Bradley Theodore was no different. - Why everything is art, and everyone is an art person - How to overcome when others don’t believe in your vision - His journey through a lack of self-belief and blocking out external voices - A different route to building confidence - His tech background and how that influenced his art style - Ways to ignore the naysayers – and how one naysayer stopped him making $20 million - The power of decision making - An artist’s perspective on dating, and why society pushes the urge to get laid on us - Why you should never underestimate the power of Red Bull, coffee, and techno music - Learning to draw from Da Vinci’s textbook - Reconnecting with old friends during the lockdown During this lockdown, it’s more important than ever to stay motivated, follow ideas to their natural conclusion, and head full pelt towards building a spectacular life for yourself. He’s got a phenomenal story, and I’m genuinely grateful to him for swinging by the channel and having a chat with me. ———————————— Master your social snowball with my virtual Impactful Connection workshops. Erikaa Briones & Johnny Cassell - The Dark Side To Escorting And How To Transition Out Of The Game Apr 29, 2020
    Show notes

Hey guys, Trigger warning: This episode of the podcast is a frank, open, and honest discussion of child abuse and similar topics. Some listeners may find this upsetting – but I do hope you find solace in a poignant story about recovery and helping others. I was honoured to have an extremely brave and powerful guest on the podcast this week. Erikaa Briones has an inspiring story of redemption and healing others. She has been vocal about her history of child abuse, her time working as an escort, and her transition into a career as a practitioner specialising in emotional clearing. Erikaa is an emotional clearing practitioner of the Spiral. This is a holistic psychological process that incorporates kinesiology, the Chakra system (familiar to people who do yoga), and several other frameworks for self-betterment that help people clear emotional blocks from their lives. Having transitioned away from being a sex worker, Erikaa has a powerful voice that deserves to be heard. We can all learn something from her journey. How does a person recondition and sensitise themselves after harm occurs? After identifying with their traumatic past for so long, how can an individual find a new identity that is more constructive for their next chapter? And what does a world look free from jealousy, anger, and envy look like? We also discuss whether these emotions have a role to play in self-development. Erikaa drills down on a range of topics, including: - Living life as an escort - Recovering from abuse during her childhood - Coping with depression - Why "Like you" by Adele was her anthem - The reason she got into escorting - How she knew she had to get out of the game - The perceptions of escorts on men - The type of men who use escort services? - How a sex worker can condition themselves to give and receive love - How to transition from any industry into a new identity - Dating while being an escort - How to get out of escorting, including the essential questions to ask yourself before leaving the game - Life after escorting - How to recover from your addiction to the lifestyle -Emotional clearing – What is it, and how can it help you? - How to deal with jealousy and anger And much more. ———————————— My virtual Impactful Connection workshops will help you step your game up – even while in lockdown. Welcome back guys and thanks for being a loyal listener. I appreciate each and every one of you. A big tip I want to share with you this week is something I came across whilst reading the Atlantic. It is one for those that are in relationships

and that is the 1:4 rule. Every time you find one negative behaviour from your partner remind yourself of four positives that you like also. AMA EP #40 I Made The Front Of The Times Magazine! 🎉🥳 Feb 26, 2020
    Show notes

Hey Guys I've just got back from a lovely Valentines weekend in the Cotswolds where I spent the weekend at De Vere Tortworth Court. I highly recommend an escape into the country side with your loved one especially if you live within the city. I've often said that living in a fast paced city such as London can certainly take the rhythm out of life. It's good to give yourself and your partner the experience of being together without distractions. I also booked a great cooking class at Daylesford cooking school which again is something that you can both enjoy together and at same time pick up some extra skills to impress each other in the kitchen. I guess the big news that most of you guys saw this week was the fantastic big feature I got on the front of The Times Magazine! I am so delighted to have been given the opportunity and I also want to thank everyone that has been following my work and supported me to date. Every milestone matters! Thank you :-) Anyway... without further a do here are your questions this week: - How do you stop guys from ghosting you? - What percentage of ‘looks’ ‘conversation’ and ‘status’ are more important that the other when it comes to attracting women? - How do you know if she’s into you and to then transition into a relationship? - How to meet women at the gym? Every Tuesday at 22:45 GMT time you get the opportunity to get your questions answered by me live through my instagram channel @ LondonDatingCoach. Pop on over, click follow and stay tuned for the next episode!
