Rep. Loudermilk dishes on J6 Committee’s ‘numerous violations of protocol, ethics, possibly even law’ hid from Americans Oct 17, 2024
    Show notes

John Solomon and Chairman Barry Loudermilk discuss bombshell text messages found by Loudermilk’s committee showing communication and coordination between former January 6 Committee Member Liz Cheney and star witness Cassidy Hutchinson, and dishes on the “numerous violations of protocol, of ethics, possibly even law.” Saying, “I think there's no doubt in that with what we've recently uncovered, I think it was clear that was violated by either the chairman of the [January 6th] committee Benny Thompson, or the Vice Chair Liz Cheney, in the fact of, all the documents that were hid from the American people, were hid from this committee and or were deleted and destroyed. I think that in itself, besides violating preservation rules of the House and official US government documents, that provision right there was totally violated. So I think we have numerous violations of protocol, of ethics, possibly even law.“

‘Smurfing’ new era of campaign donation fraud, GOP consultant says identity fraudulently used to donate to ActBlue Oct 16, 2024
    Show notes

Mike Berry, Executive Director of America First Policy Institute’s Center for Litigation and Mark Block, a Republican consultant break down the new campaign donation fraud scheme and how “smurfing” evades FEC reporting requirements and creates the illusion of thousands of small-dollar donors to a campaign. “The defendant in this case is actually John Doe because we don’t know who’s actually the one that is funneling this money to these far-left causes. But we want to find out who it is and we want to put a stop to it,” he says. Mark Block explains how he discovered an old email account he used while working for Herman Cain’s 2012 presidential campaign had been used to donate to ActBlue, a major Democrat fundraising platform. Block filed a lawsuit in Wisconsin state court Monday alleging he is the victim of identity theft in a conspiracy to abuse ActBlue. “In my opinion, if they really find out where this money came from, the American public’s going to be shocked at how much of it’s come from overseas,” he says.

That's money laundering, that's identity theft, that's illegal, but the lax financial practices of some of these online donor portals allow that to be an abuse that could be occurring and could be occurring at a large scale. This is where our investigation went in and determined that there is a large number of anomalies in these donations.”
