6.4 "Cleaning out the Locker Room" Dec 13, 2023

Show notes

Welcome, everyone! Join hosts, Griffin Kliewer and Nolan Mader alongside special guest, senior teammate Jourdain Brown. Today, we are thrilled to bring you an inside look at our team's current status. We are sitting at 8-2 gearing up for an exciting Puerto Rico trip just before Christmas. In this episode, we'll dive into the lessons we've learned from recent games and explore a pivotal moment that occurred during a team devotion led by Coach Tonagel. Drawing from Psalm 139:23-24, each player was encouraged to open up about their sins, frustrations, and fears. This powerful experience fueled a collective commitment to cleaning out the locker room from these vices. Join us as we discuss the transformative impact of confession, both on and off the court, and how it has strengthened our unity as a squad. We firmly believe that embracing Christ's promise of abundant life comes from wholeheartedly committing to Him first, others second, and ourselves third. Our team is truly enjoying the journey of pursuing Christ, and we can't wait to continue to share with you the story God writes.
