With winter still dragging on, it’s easy to get wrapped up in the darkness, the cold, and the sad, listless feeling of being pulled along through the year. Everything seems on edge; the trees are creaking with bare branches, and the ice echoes when it snaps in the night.
A perfect setup for ghost stories, right?
While I won’t argue with you, I do think that some of the stories we’ve gathered here today have a little more of a spark to them, particularly if you stick around right to the end. After all, even if things keep going bump in the night…that little jolt of fear in your chest is a reminder that you’re here, and you’re alive. Right?
I think it’s reassuring, in a way.
But without further ado … are you ready to get spooked?
