Today's Rapid Fire topics include:
* We discuss comments from Marcus Freeman on Irish safety Xavier Watts.
* We discuss more comments from Freeman on Notre Dame reserve defensive linemen Sean Sevillano, Cole Mullins, Devan Houstan, and Brendan Vernon.
* On a scale of 1-10...What chance do you give Notre Dame to move up to the five seed by the end of the season?
* On a scale of 1 to 10...What’s your confidence Notre Dame would beat Ohio State if they had played this year instead of last year?
* Fill-in the blank...It’s BLANK that before going on to an 89-60 win, Notre Dame men’s basketball’s season started by falling behind 2-0 after Irish forward Tae Davis tipped a Stonehill missed shot into the wrong basket.
* The Chiefs are 8-0 after Monday night’s overtime win over Tampa Bay. Would you rather see a three-peat by the Chiefs this season or see someone else win the Super Bowl for the first time?
* Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzula says there’s not enough fighting in his sport anymore. “The biggest thing that we rob people of from an entertainment standpoint is you can’t fight anymore. We should bring back fighting. What’s more entertaining than a scuffle? How come in baseball they’re allowed to clear the benches? How come in hockey they’re allowed to?” Do you Buy or Sell Mazzula?

Irish Breakdown answers subscriber questions about Notre Dame football and more on today's show. Some of today's topics include:
* We in/ we out on ND hosting a first round playoff game this year? Do we get a round one win regardless of hosting?
* In or out on Jerry Jones, Mike McCarthy and Dak Prescott?
* Christmas Decorations before Thanksgiving: In or Out?
* In or out on Lincoln Riley as the next head coach of the Dallas Cowboys?

* Hannah Hidalgo will lead the ACC in steals this year.
* Hidalgo will have more steals by herself than at least three whole teams in the ACC.
* Notre Dame as a team will lead the ACC in blocked shots.
* We In/ We Out: Due to the difficulty of the first half of the 2025 Schedule, ND once again goes to the Portal for an established High level QB instead of rolling with a Kenny Minchey or CJ Carr, probably Carr who will have no real experience?
* Jeremiyah Love has 150 yrds from scrimmage and 2 touchdowns vs Florida State. In or out?
* We In/We Out: The SEC will have a 2 loss champion, and will be the only conference with a 2 loss champion.
* Joel Klatt says that Notre Dame is not in control of their own destiny stating: “What happens if one of those teams, Iowa State, Kansas State, Colorado, get into the Big 12 Championship game and beat BYU? Well now you’re starting to be compared as an 11-1 against 12-1 Miami, 11-1 Indiana, 12-1 BYU, 10-2 Alabama, or 10-2 LSU, or 10-2 Texas A&M,” Klatt explained. “The best case scenario would be if they could be compared directly to Texas A&M, because they would have the head to head win over them from the beginning of the year.” IN or OUT?
* Vegas sets the over/under of total points scored by FSU at 7.5 are you in or out on that bet?
* Are we in or are we out that Penn State needs a change at head coach to take that next step?
* Lincoln Riley = Charlie Weis it’s all about the scheme, not fundamentals. We in or we out on that comp?
* We in or We out on Love and Price both running for 100 yards Saturday?
* In or out: Riley Leonard rushes for less than 50 yards?
* Leonard throws for 250 yards. In or out?
* The Notre Dame Defense gets 3+ sacks. In or out?
* We In/We Out: Anthonie Knapp doesn’t get a holding penalty.
* Marcus Freeman and Mike Norvell’s post game conversation lasts longer than 5 seconds with Freeman in his ear. In or Out?
