There comes a point where the mindless scrolling becomes so excessive, that it starts to rob you of your peace, your potential, and ultimately, your IDENTITY. This was the point that I reached...I felt depleted, I felt stuck, uninspired, and just drained emotionally and physically. I knew what was causing it, in fact, I was looking at what was causing it, as it sat in my hand, and that was my phone and everything going on within the digital world that I was spending hours and hours consuming. So, lately I have made an effort to intentionally get off my phone and lower my screen time. Through doing this, I have noticed drastic benefits within my daily life, which I will share today. If you are feeling similarly to how I was feeling, I hope this episode resonates and motivates you to put your phone down and get back on track with your life provides you with mental clarity and fulfillment as you focus on life outside of your device.
