Join Chief of Media Services, Jennifer Harris as she talks with Ambassador and Trainer from the National Alliance on Mental Health, Monique Owens, about coping strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic and where to find resources if you find yourself or a loved one needing assistance.
Coping Strategies:

Limit your time with the news and social media
Educate yourself on preventive measure from reliable sources
Stay connect to family and friends
Take care of yourself, your own health; exercise
Learn a new skill, hobby, do things you may have been "putting off"; distract yourself
Strong feelings will fade
Concern is normal, don't let fear drive anxiety to unhealthy levels
