    1. 5pm ET—Art with Zart. Okay, so, if you have kids, I know you’re feeling what I’m feeling right now, which is that you need some entertainment for them, particularly toward the end of the day. That’s why I want to tell you again about Art with Zart, with our talented friend Sarah Zeffiro. Every day from 5-6pm ET she does a kid-focused art lesson on Instagram Live.
    2. 8pm ET—Tedeschi Trucks SweetWater 420 Fest 2018 Replay. Swamp Family TV is a Thursday night concert series where the group airs a different full pro-shot concert, free to all viewers and includes a link to donate to a worthy charity.
    3. HF Pod Goes to Europe Summer ’96. This week we look back at a tour that’s somewhat overlooked, but still deserves some attention, and we do a deep dive on one show, 7/23/96.
    4. The Early Days of Umphrey’s McGee. This week’s episode of Inside Out wTnS features a chat with co-host Rob Turner and Ryan Stasik about the early days of Umphrey’s McGee. They discuss pre-Umphrey’s bands, how material evolved, line-up changes, specific shows and many other elements of those early days.
    5. 36 From the Vault Goes to London. In Episode 8 Rob and Steve explore Dick’s Picks Vol. 7, from the Alexandra Palace in London, from September 1974. We’re going deep into the Wall of Sound Era, this is a bit of a lost tour just before their extended hiatus. This is a Phil-heavy episode and show, and lots of beautiful music. And also great conversation about this era of the Dead.

    1. Widespread Panic Fans—16 Best Shows Ever!? Our Widespread Panic podcast, Bluest Tape, is doing a project on the best 16 shows ever, in tournament format. This episode has eight killer shows that, if you haven’t heard them or don’t know about them, you’ll learn a lot from.
    2. Phemale-Centrics—Silver Lining Alert! Dawn and her crew talk to guest Jilly about the Facebook Group she created, called Silver Lining Alert. The point of this group, according to the page, is to “practice the idea of not being physically close, while also remaining supportive and close in our hearts…sharing silver lining stories, memes, ideas, and accomplishments.”
    3. One Eleven Heavy on Brokedown Podcast.This week Jonathan checks back in with James and Nick from the band, which is about to release its third album, Live At Jam Castle, in May.
    4. Tapes Archive with Kurt Vonnegut from 2000. Really excited about this one. What would Kurt Vonnegut say about the situation we’re in today? Famously anti-religion, anti-war and pro-economic justice, check out this interview from 2000.
    5. 9:30pm ET—God Ween Evan Trivia & Prizes! Tonight we’ll have "An Evening of Ween Trivia with God Ween Evan.” The newest Ween fan, Evan, will be trying to stump the rest of the GWE team about their Ween knowledge, and we will also have questions for fans watching and live chatting where they can win prizes.     1. Road To Now—The 5G Conspiracy. As people try to make sense of the Coronavirus epidemic, some have unfortunately turned to conspiracy theories linking Covid-19 to the installation of 5G networks. In this episode, Bob and Ben speak with Stacy Wood about her research on conspiracy theories.
    2. No Simple Road—Just Be Kind. The No Simple Road crew brings you Heads Talking, a snapshot of their daily lives. This time they talk a bit about gratitude, giving thanks for the little acts of kindness, and more.
    3. 7pm—Dinner And A Movie! Magnaball! Phish is of course continuing their free archival video series, this time with the three-set show from August 22, 2015 from Magnaball. The recipes are from Jon and Briar Fishman and their friends up in Maine. And donations can be made via WaterWheel to Hunger Free America. We discussed this last night on HF Pod Live, which you can watch here.
    4. Saturday: Wildeyes + Comedy with Mike Finoia. Wanted to tell you about a show this Saturday at 8pm. Wildeyes (aka Emily Kohavi of Hozier) will be joined by Mike Finoia, Adam Cole, and special guest Dessa for a combination of comedy, reading and music. You can buy tickets here—ticket sales will be donated to Health Research Incorporated (HRI), a non-profit contributing to the health and well-being of the people of New York State.
    5. Moments in a Box—Freak Flag Flying.It feels like a lifetime ago that we brought you this original series featuring David Crosby. The fourth episode, specifically, seems worth re-sharing now. David talked about his deep friendship and musical connection with Jerry Garcia, and it concludes with David considering his own mortality and sharing a message of hope with future generations.

This week, the guest is John Winter Russell, Chef and Founder of Restaurant Candide in Montreal. Host Chris Jacobs connected with John remotely to see how things have changed for him.
    3. Star Trek Fans—Picard Discussion on Welcome To The Party Pal. Guest Jonathan Hart of Brokedown Podcast and HF Pod fame joins host Michael Shields to talk about Picard, a series created for CBS All Access.
    4. Uncle Jesse’s Quarantrain — 6pm ET. Let’s get this dance party going once again. You can join at 6pm via Zoom or Mixlr. And once that ends at 9pm, Jesse will pass the torch to Alexa, aka QuaranTina, who’ll be spinning until midnight. Dance early, dance often, dance with your friends.

    4. 10:15pm — Wine Not? With Brendan Bayliss. I watched this last week and it was really fun. Brendan Bayliss comes at you live from his basement in his pajamas, his wife makes a cameo, there’s great music and singing.
    5. Goose releases live album ‘Alive and Well.’If you’re a Goose fan, today is a good day. They released a new live album, their first full-length album in almost four years. You can listen to this 128 minutes of music digitally, or you can order the special 4-LP set, pressed on 180 g vinyl.
