Claire
Originally hailing from Norwell, Massachusetts, Claire earned her film degree from Columbia University and has written 7 features, 2 TV pilots, a web-series, a play, and a children's book that is currently available on Amazon called NATHANIEL T. CULPEPPER IS MISSING A SOCK. In her early years in LA, Claire worked on studio films such as NORTH COUNTRY, TORQUE, and RUMOR HAS IT in multiple capacities including assistant to the director, Niki Caro. Claire is repped by Echo Lake Entertainment. In 2014, Claire developed THE HUB for television at IFC with Katie and veteran showrunner Les Firestein. Since the completion of THE HUB, Claire and Katie have officially teamed up on multiple new projects including a docuseries (soon to be released) and a new web series that is currently in development at ABC. As a writer, Claire also has a gritty period drama pilot, THE STUFF DREAMS ARE MADE OF, currently in development by producer/actor Vincent Piazza from BOARDWALK EMPIRE, and one of the shorts she wrote, BOUND FOR GREATNESS, starring Keir O'Donnell and Karen Gillan and directed by Jimmy Gadd, recently won Best Picture at the Independent Filmmaker Showcase in Beverly Hills. As an actress, she is featured in THE LONELY ITALIAN. As a baker, she makes the best damn chocolate chip cookies in Los Angeles.
Katie
A New Hampshire native, Katie graduated from Harvard and began her career in NYC, performing with various theatre and dance companies and beginning a torrid love affair with The Upright Citizens' Brigade. Now LA-based, Katie is repped by Echo Lake Entertainment and Independent Artists Agency. She has appeared on JUSTIFIED, WEEDS, COMMUNITY, CHUCK, and COOPER BARRETT'S GUIDE TO SURVIVING LIFE, as well as in several independent films, commercials, and comedy sketches. 2014 brought the debut of the award-winning festival short THE REAL TRUTH BEHIND THE REAL TRUE STORY, which Katie co-wrote and produced with filmmaker Mike Piccirillo, and in which she stars as well. That team is now prepping the feature SOUNDS LIKE ORANGE: THE FALL AND RISE OF DONNIE MILLER. Also in 2014, Katie and Claire sold THE HUB web series to IFC and developed it for TV with veteran showrunner Les Firestein. Next up, Katie and Claire have a docuseries set to release in late 2015 and a new project in development at ABC, and Katie is working on a new pilot with comedian Bryan Callen. She also can be seen opposite Adam West in Morgan Spurlock's MANSOME, in the short film FIRE IN THE HOUSE, or right now at the closest Dunkin' Donuts. She'll take a medium regular and a chocolate coconut.
