    Episode 9: I’m Tired of Success Because… I Lack Courage (Pt 1) Jun 15, 2022
    Show notes

Have you ever been in a car with someone who is just a bad driver? You’re in the passenger seat, but you’re incredibly exhausted once you get to your destination. Do you ever wonder why you get that tired? You get tired because you were trying to manage all the emotions, thoughts, and fear. This is a simple analogy of how exhausting it is to not have God as your final authority.

Often, we allow our emotions to get in our way. We find ourselves in fear, doubt, and pain. But once we allow ourselves to be in partnership with God, we become courageous. We allow ourselves not to be independent but be dependent on God.

Today, we will be talking about lack of courage and how it affects our lives. Listen in and learn.

“Every time you feel fear, identify it is trying to separate you from truth, an understanding about yourself, or your relationship with God. The only way you can solidify what you know is to move by faith on it.” [12:19]

“So many times, I have let other things creep into the environment of courage to knock courage from its rightful place.” [13:07]

    This Week’s Homework:

Look through the inventory of your mind and ask yourself, have I allowed every single thought to be captive to God? Am I allowing myself to affirm the creators in my DNA? Am I planning the work so that my imagination has a plan to work out of thinking about those things and then put a plan in motion so that I can tackle the enemy?

Episode 5: 5 Things You Haven't Been Told About Your Imagination (Pt 1) May 18, 2022
    Show notes

In this episode, we will be busting some myths around imagination and providing you with our tools and tricks for high performers!

Close your eyes. I want you to imagine a pink elephant in a room. Do you see the pink elephant in a white room? Now, notice that pink elephant jumping up and down on your bed in your white room? Could you picture that whole thing? Then that means you’re a creator. It means you’re imaginative. Just because you’re not in a creative industry does not mean you don’t have that gift. We all have the DNA of being creators.

Maybe your gift is supposed to be used in a nonprofit space. Perhaps your imaginative gift is for you to think of and solve world problems. Maybe you imagine that a gift is to serve people in your community in a way that they have never been served before. You have to use it within the sphere of influence and the uniqueness God put inside of you. That’s the only way you’re able to use it.

    [04:39] What is imagination?

[05:30] Donovan’s thoughts on the definition of imagination

[13:12] Your imaginative gift was given to you so that God’s will be done, not your own

[16:25] How we wrestle freshly desires

[21:44] which is sometimes imagining just isn’t enough

    Magical Quotes from the Episode:

“Imagination is literally at the heart of who God is.” [01:13]

“God knows the beginning from the end, and He has planted ideas that He wants us to meditate on with our imagination and start to form a picture.” [03:26]

“Every single personal testimony is for the betterment of others.” [03:58]

“If you don’t know the thing's purpose, misuse is inevitable.” [07:59]

“Just because you’re not in a creative industry does not mean you’re not a creator.” [09:05]

“I have come to learn and understand that often when we’re saying, God, give me the desires of my heart. Your word says you’ll give me the desires of my heart. We’re subconsciously hoping that God will give us the desires of our flesh.” [14:26]

“We say love transforms us because our whole goal is to take away our hearts and align ourselves with how God thinks, feels, and understands.” [15:38]

“I feel like in times of stress, that is when your imagination literally cannot work because you let the world's culture make you cave in, in a way where God’s boundless, abundant energy and life cannot be sought after in your imagination.” [19:12]

Episode 3: 5 Ways To Have Faith In Your Uniqueness (Pt 1) May 04, 2022
    Show notes

Did you know that God created you as a unique being, and He looks at you and thinks you are the best piece of art He ever made?

Unfortunately, the human race tends to forget too fast. We forget the Uniqueness God put in us, and we allow ourselves to be corrupted by the cultures around us. We need to set aside time for sanitation and purification. Also, we need to learn how to spend time with God and soak in His presence to best replenish our uniqueness.

In this episode, we’ll discuss two ways to have Faith in your uniqueness. They include identifying the origins of your uniqueness and purifying your definition of success.

Listen to this episode to learn more.

[02:01] Do we ever feel like God gave us the wrong gift?

    [07:14] What is uniqueness?

[13:09] Why do we run away from who God made us be?

[18:56] Purify the definition of your success

[19:48] What is success to God?

[20:22] Having a system of purification and sanitation within us

    [25:34] Giving versus delivering

    [26:59] success in culture’s eye

    Magical Quotes from the Episode:

“God spends meticulous detail on the remembrance because he knows that we humans forget so easily.”

“If we do not take what God has for us as a definition of success, we will let everybody else cloud our mind and our judgment.”

“We have to fall in love with who we authentically are.”

“I’m not fighting for victory. I’m fighting from victory. I’m not fighting to be who I am. I’m fighting to preserve who I am.”

    • James 12:7

    Quotes for Audiograms:

“If I only set out to do all that I can do, I will reach as far as I can reach, and that will be the limit. But when I set out to partner with God, I’m going beyond what I can see, and I’m not walking by sight. I’m walking by Faith. That’s where I begin to experience the exceedingly abundantly above what I may ask or think. Because my ability is so limited.” [28:24]

“We were never made to handle it all. Jesus said, why are you worrying? And why are you taking all of this yoke that is mine to take. The only way you’re going to be able to be free in your Uniqueness and not feel the burden is if you restfully in me. It’s the only way because I’m the one that puts that Uniqueness inside of you. I’m also the one that created your character and your personality. I know how you operate. I know I’m God.” [27:38]

“Somebody slapped me in the face so hard, it said, the reason that you have this pedigree, the reason you have this opportunity to network with these types of people, is so that now you have the greatest tools to serve the world and add value to other people’s lives. That’s it. So don’t look to you. Look to how you can add value.” [23:59]

In this episode, we will be looking at the five reasons why faith in God is relevant to you. We'll also share our different experiences with faith and how it has helped us throughout our lives.

[17:51] Faith in God cleanses your capacity

[24:09] Faith in God returns to you an authority that was given to you in the first place

[28:33] Accessing the bank of heaven

    Magical Quotes from the Episode:

“Faith in God comes along with trust because whatever God sees best for us will come out of that faith.”

“We fully have to recognize the God that we serve. He created time, the beginning, and the end. He is perfect.”

“Peace gives me space to use my imagination for good.”

“Worry limits potential. But peace releases potential.”

“When you get when you enroll the full participation of heaven. There’s a cleansing that happens over you when you put your faith in God.”

“God says, I want you to do less so that I can do more. I am giving you capacity because I am limitless in my capacity.”

    • John 8:14

    • Deuteronomy 28:1-8
    • Hebrews 11:1

This week’s homework: Identify which one of the five points impacted you the most and see how you can start to implement it in your life’s work.

    Audiograms Quotes:

I would rather make mistakes on an anointed path than a path that wasn’t anointed for me. I would rather make mistakes and get up on a path that God covered than a path that wasn’t. So even if you make mistakes, you have grace. Grace is your superpower when you have faith in God.[11:14]

Faith that we have, that we continue to grow, and putting God is the only limit that’s ever going to be setting the resources that God is willing to bring into our life. And it’s important for us to grow our faith by putting our faith out there in God because every time he comes through like he said he would, our faith continues to grow more and more, and that gives us even more access to more than the resources we need for those wild dreams.[29:27]
