    They start by talking about the ongoing saga of preparing their house for sale. The mental and physical exhaustion of the process in real yet they are trying to keep their eye on the prize of downsizing!

    Their special guest is sommelier, winemaker and designer, Andre' Mack. This man has literally done everything. From a desk job at Citibank to being a sommelier at the French Laundry in Napa then to opening Per Se in New York City with Thomas Keller to winemaker in Oregon with his own Maison Noir Wines and then business owner and author. He talks about finding his passion in wine and how that has led him on so many amazing journeys including writing his part- memoir, part-wine-guide "99 Bottles: A Black Sheep's Guide to Life-Changing Wines." Now he and his wife have have started & Sons Hospitality Group in their neighborhood in Brooklyn which includes & Sons Ham Bar that celebrates the culture, heritage, and flavor of America's charcuterie , & Sons Buttery their family-run neighborhood cheese and provisions shop, specializing in sustainably-produced ingredients and a boutique wine shop down the street, VyneYard, that provides a selection of wines proudly curated by André that offers character at all price points. Plus they have a breakfast taco restaurant, Mockingbird Taco, that offers memories of the tacos Andre' ate growing up in San Antonio, Chickadee Bread and they are about to open a oyster bar called King Fisher!     Their special guest is Kenny Kahn, the founder of Music Land Gift Foundation. Through his own journey with cancer combined with his love of music and philanthropy, he created this amazing non-profit so that patients going through the struggles of cancer do not have to do it in silence. He has an incredible and very personal story about the power of music in the healing process. He talks about how when he was going through his treatments he noticed that so many people were going through it in silence. For him, music made the journey more bearable. His family and friends started sharing playlists with him and it meant the world to feel connected though music. This prompted a desire to work with a team of trusted family, associates and friends to find a transformative idea that uses music to help patients and caregivers through a cancer journey. That was the beginning of Music Land Gift Foundation. They have begun supplying headphones, iPads and music stations to help patients experience the healing power of music while in treatment AND they have a web app so that you can create videos, messages and playlists to send to friends and family going through treatment or recovering. Plus she is the author of Wine Girl, The Obstacles, Humiliations, and Triumphs of America's Youngest Sommelier. She talks about her book and reads an excerpt as well. She also discusses her non-profit Wine Empowered that diversifies the hospitality industry by offering tuition-free wine classes to women and people of color.     Their special guest is Tracy Walder, former CIA Counter-Terrorism Officer and FBI Agent with a new book called The Unexpected Spy. She went from sorority girl at University of S. California and went straight into the CIA at the age of 21 where her career began with the American tragedy of 9/11. She then traveled the world working in the Middle East and talks about what it was like to experience that. She then discusses her decision to leave and join the FBI as a special agent in LA. After several years there she decided to finally follow her original passion and started teaching. She also works with the non-profit Girl Security, which encourages young women to seek employment in the National Security sector and connects them with mentors that are working in the field. He talks about how the job was all encompassing and life consuming and how it felt when it was suddenly gone after Tony's death.
