25: Finding God in the Mess Jan 17, 2018
    Show notes

Imagine you are a teen mom trying to make it work with the father of your baby. As your family grows you are devastated to wake up to find your second baby died in his sleep. The grief from that loss threatens to tear your family apart -- your husband struggles with substance abuse, and your kids get into trouble with the law. You feel like you've hit rock bottom, so you turn to the Lord, and God says, "Don't worry about them. I want you to come to me."

Danielle's friend Priscilla Navarro has a hard story, but remember this: God is there in the middle of the chaos. He has a plan for you, for your life, for the lives of your loved ones. Even if He asks you to walk through incredibly difficult times; trust Him. He is walking with you. He is giving you the grace you need to keep going, and He wants to be a part of the mess!

Do you have a friend who needs to hear this story? Subscribe to #IGotIssues on #ApplePodcasts and have them do the same.

24: What Are Men Thinking Jan 10, 2018
    Show notes

As young, single women, Danielle Burr and Miranda Maciel are often wondering what it is the men they meet are thinking. Today, their eyes are opened by Mike Phelan - a husband and father whose ministry is centered around the Sacrament of Marriage. As he says, the truth is that men and women need each other, but young singles tend to splinter off into two distracted groups not encountering each other in any real sense. Mike gives the girls, and us, tangible recommendations to fight for holy marriages. We're not saying tears were shed, but we're also not saying they weren't.

They're also taking a break for a couple of weeks because of said busy-ness, but they'll be back later this Fall. Subscribe on #ApplePodcasts, so you won't miss the 2nd coming of this podcast!
