Mark Steven Porro, a New Jersey native (Exit 163), earned an Industrial Design degree from The Ohio State University. After years of agency work, his love of acting led him to Hollywood, where he appeared in dozens of television, film, and stage productions. Mark also spent his twenty-eight years in Tinseltown, entrepreneuring. He started five non-profit companies. But hold the applause, none were intended to be. He now lives in the South of France. But hold your pity. He of sound mind and body chose to suffer in the heart of wine country where the locals insist his French isn’t so bad—at least that’s what he thinks they’re saying. Mark is an award-winning designer, writer, and director. He has written lots of jokes, several screenplays, and one award-winning short film. A Cup of Tea on the Commode—a sad, sweet, and funny debut memoir—chronicles his multitasking adventures of filling his mother’s last years with love, laughter, and joy. Though not always successful, he came pretty damn close.

Alyssa is a self-proclaimed cat lady. When Alyssa is not performing on stage, you can usually find her at home with her fiancé, five cats and puppy. Alyssa loves to write songs and sometimes serenade her animals with her music. Having grown up around singers, Alyssa's mother had a deep connection to music and started her own karaoke business when Alyssa was just a kid. Alyssa enjoyed karaoke throughout most of her life, and when she was in her early 20s decided to start a band. Putting out an ad on Craigslist for more band members was just the start of her current band, WildCard. All the other band members are men in their 50s, but she enjoys holding her own as the only woman on the stage

At the age of 11, Frank appeared on the singing competition shows "Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento" and "La Voz Kids" as a Mariachi-style soloist. However, he also faced cyberbullying and assumptions about his sexuality as he was in the spotlight, making him hesitant to express himself due to his conservative upbringing. Music became his solace and he gained the confidence to embrace his true self over time. Eventually, Frank came out to his parents and received their full support. Frank's passion for music stemmed from his Grammy Award-winning musician father falling in love with Mariachi music. He performed extensively with his school's Mariachi band and cherished those experiences. During his senior year of high school in 2020, Frank became involved in social justice activism, establishing a Gay Straight Alliance chapter and organizing a successful pride festival. Frank now attends Columbia University and balances singing in his free time.

Nathan was raised by his single mother since he was 3 years old and didn't see much of his father as he grew up. Despite the sporadic presence of his father in his life and the delayed introduction to his half-siblings on his father's side, Nathan has worked extremely hard to maintain connections with his entire family. His interest in playing the guitar and singing was ignited by his brother, Michael, during his childhood and in high school, his best friend introduced him to musical theater as his love for performing grew. Nathan now earns a living as a professional singer on cruise ships, allowing him to travel to countries worldwide. Fate happened when Nathan met his partner, Emily, while they were both working on the same cruise. Destiny reunited them on the same cruise ship two years later, sparking a romance between them. They now aspire to expand their business by creating multiple shows tailored for cruise lines.

Colorado based Author, Speaker, Gestalt Practitioner, and Patient Advocate, Risa August has been living with a pituitary tumor and rare disease for over a decade. Risa shares her insights and perspectives on stage, offering words of inspiration to audiences. Additionally, Risa works one-on-one with clients, guiding them through the many roadblocks of life and toward living more fully inspired.
A girl with sparkles in her hair and once an Ironman athlete, Risa still has a passion for her bike and barbells. Thomas B. Bryant aka “T.Bryant” is a 26-year United States Army Combat veteran and multi-talented entertainer from Silver Creek, Mississippi. He has shared the stage with Grammy Award winners Donnie McClurkin, Mary Mary and Kirk Franklin as well as renowned Comedian Marcus D. Wiley of the Yolanda Adams Morning Show. In 2010, T. Bryant was blessed with an opportunity to audition for BET’s Sunday’s Best Season Four. In addition, he released his first two song EP in 2011 titled “Restoration.” One of the songs, “Fall on My Knees” is a musical tribute to the Men and Women in uniform. T. Bryant takes pride in what he does…he educates, motivates and inspires others to utilize their unique talents and spiritual gifts to be used as a blessing to others.

ABOUT REINALDO MARCUS GREEN
Reinaldo Marcus Green is a writer, director and producer. He is best known for directing the critically acclaimed Warner Bros. film KING RICHARD starring Will Smith. Green helmed the film, which was named one of the Top 10 Films of the Year by both AFI and the National Board of Review and earned many accolades, including six Academy Awards nominations including Best Picture, four Golden Globes nominations and four BAFTA nominations. The film earned Smith his first Oscar win for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role, in addition to his Golden Globe, BAFTA and SAG wins.
His first feature, MONSTERS AND MEN had its world premiere at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival and received a Special Jury Prize for Outstanding First Feature. Green directed and co-executive produced the first three episodes of the Netflix series, TOP BOY. Executive produced by Drake and SpringHill Entertainment, the series became the first ever Netflix title to be inducted into the BFI National Archive. His sophomore feature JOE BELL, starring Mark Wahlberg, premiered at TIFF 2020 and was distributed by Amazon and Roadside Attractions. Green also directed all six episodes of the HBO limited series, WE OWN THIS CITY, written by George Pelecanos and David Simon, which he also served as an executive producer for.
