It’s 1986 and you’re haulin’ massive amounts of French hooch back to Japan. Admittedly it would tempting to get ‘high on your own supply’, but flying a 747 while drunk is frowned upon. Yet, by the end of the flight, some might assume you were. Why? Well, you saw 3 big ol’ UFOs over eastern Alaska. We’re talking gravity defying, Tic Tac level UFOs. And that’s only the beginning of the story of the Japan Airlines Flight 1628 Incident. What did the pilots really see? Is it possible for one pilot to see something the others don’t? Just exactly how many Walmarts make up an air craft carrier? We ask the tough questions this week as we get to the bottom of the incident. Plus, the fellas talk the long forgotten Spike TV gem MXC (if you haven’t, you must), Kyle learns yet another language (how does this keep happening?), and there’s at least one reference to Mr Roboto (if you haven’t, you sort of, MAYBE should). Agenda 21 - What is it? Some new video game where you’re an assassin who gets double crossed by the very organization you work for? Or, perhaps it’s a coming of age teen comedy, all about a profane, yet lovable group of high schoolers on a quest to score beer for the BIG party. Or MAYBE it’s a multinational, multilateral, non-binding, action plan from the United Nations! If you guessed C you’re right (though we kinda wish it was A or B)! BUT, to some, it also could be a ‘wolf-in-sheep’s clothing’ plan to establish the New World Order and control the population as to benefit the Earth (yeah, we hadn’t heard of eco-fascism either). But what’s the truth? Is this a toothless list of suggestions that is nothing more than the multi-national, Utopian version of Eat Pray Love? Or, is it a sinister plot by a cabal of business and political leaders to eventually enslave us? We grab our Julia Roberts movie collection and investigate this week. Plus, C-Bot pines for the future that was Robocop (he’s a Kurtwood Smith fan), Kyle does his best ED-209 impression (we hope it was an impression), and the Wayans Brothers make an appearance on the show (not really, but we talk about them). One mysterious night in the early 20th century all pendulum clocks stopped at the exact same moment in Paris, France. At that same moment, 1000's of Parisians experienced dizziness, nausea, and more. The strangest thing about the whole thing? The story didn’t appear in full until a 2019 episode of Top 10 Secrets and Mysteries (Netflix’s Ancient Aliens, but more non-E.T. stuff).
