    How Men Think

There’s good news for anyone that is confused by men, which is basically everyone —- the ‘How Men Think’ podcast has returned!
‘How Men Think’ was always about helping women understand the things that men do and say, that just don’t make sense to us. Since the beginning, the mission has been the same…a constant search for answers to your questions about relationships, dating, marriage, divorce, breakups, hookups, love, sex, family, fatherhood, and why men do — the things men do!
Now, with the addition of Executive Producer Paris Hilton at the helm…there won’t be any sugar-coating, no beating around the bush…and best of all, absolutely NO mansplaining! The new and improved HMT podcast will deliver the cold, hard, ugly truth to women — because like it or not…we need to hear it.
But as much as we like to think all men are the same, they’re actually very different — (Frustrating isn’t it?!) That’s why, each week a celebrity guest-host will take over the show and give honest advice in his area of expertise. And best of all, we’re cutting out the middleman and opening up the phone lines — directly to you!
Ladies, this podcast has everything you need to better understand men….because let’s face it, they’re too confusing to figure out on our own.

A Detroit family has accused a local funeral home of posing another body dressed in their late mother’s dress and wig during a family viewing, after accidentally cremating her before loved ones could say goodbye. Can You Really Trust Your Gut? One Doctor Says No, Unless You Do This First! Sep 19, 2026
    Show notes

A doctor who studies gut feelings for a living wrote a fascinating article in the Washington Post this month. We learn about the science behind a gut feeling and when and how to know whether to trust it. Researchers found that people who make quick judgements based on gut feelings alone, only get it right around 54% of the time. Instead, scientists say you should treat gut feelings as stop signs, a moment to assess what you’re feeling and why before making a rash decision. They even suggest doing two specific exercises to interrupt the hormonal surge that happens when a “gut feeling” takes over your body.

The 8 Things Emotionally Secure People Never Share About Themselves Sep 19, 2026
    Show notes

This is a list that will have many of you questioning how much you share with others, who you share that information with, and why you’re sharing it in the first place. Oversharing is a common trait in many of us, but sharing itself isn’t the problem, it’s when you’re sharing to get affirmation that’s at issue. Emotionally secure people don’t need their life to be witnessed in order to feel seen, and they don’t need others to confirm what they already know about themselves. We’ll go over the 8 things emotionally secure people keep to themselves, and how they choose to share their stories in a more meaningful way.
