In today’s society, many serial killers are thought about as terrifying monsters. Many try to dissect a serial killer’s actions to attempt to figure out why they did what they did. The thing that is terrifying though is the fact that many serial killers were never caught. It is horrifying to think that these people may be still out there, and could still be active. What if they are someone we know?
As a heads up my dear listeners, today we will be talking about graphic murder scenes for both adults and children. We also will be speaking about assault, murder, graphic crime scenes, and sexual assault. Listener discretion is advised.

People are drawn to mysteries. They love trying to interpret clues, and use their own imaginations to try to figure out what really happened. But sometimes; all the clues and imagination in the world cannot bring us to an answer, and it is these cases that remain unsolved.

When the circus comes to town; many get very excited. Circus’s are advertised as “fun for all ages”, and provide entertainment that you wouldn’t normally see. But in the case of a circus that went to Toronto in 1855 - it was not fun. In fact, it resulted in the start of changing the political structure of the city itself.

I am quite often asked what I think the most haunted place is. Many guess it is a cemetery, but that’s not what I think. Ghosts are said to appear in a location due to emotion…they were happy there or perhaps they died there. The thing is that both of these do not always apply to a cemetery, but they do apply to hospitals.
Many people take their last breaths in a hospital, and because of that I believe that these places are some of the most haunted places around.

There are some true crime cases that when you hear about them - you don’t forget them. They are just that horrible. To me, I can’t even wrap my head around how people can do some of the things they do. Even worse is how they think they could get away with it.
A heads up here my dear listeners; today we are talking about two very bad murder cases. We also will be talking about various types of abuses, animal abuse, cannibalism, and graphic crime scenes. Listener discretion is advised.

In today’s news it seems that every day there is a new story about climate change. Global warming has been scientifically proven to be altering our planets weather patterns, which results in some terrifying weather events.
A great example of this happened in British Columbia in Canada in late 2021. They received a month’s worth of rain over two days leaving the area flooded. Thousands of people were stranded, and infrastructure was damaged. Entire communities were evacuated, and roads were washed out. The food supply chain was disrupted which affected several provinces. But just like others who have suffered from severe weather events, people always somehow find a way to continue on. But there are some weather events that can’t be explained by global warming. In fact, there are some that are thought to be more supernatural than environmental.

In August of 1998, Natasha Ryan disappeared after her mother dropped her off at school. Hopes to find her were dashed after police came to the conclusion that she was murdered by a serial killer named Leonard Frazer. Then almost five years later - the truth came out…and the truth is definitely stranger than fiction.

Throughout human evolution, anything forbidden has always been very attractive. As children, we are driven by curiosity which allows us to discover the world, and become interested in new things. As adults, we are attracted to what is off limits out of a desire to show the world that we control our own fates.
But have you noticed that the more you try to ignore something - you can’t? I have been thinking about vacation a lot recently, and there are certain places that are said to be forbidden to visit. Perhaps this is why these locations are some of the top places I want to see.

In a Monty Python skit, they mocked the idea of Trial by Ordeal. In this skit, a mob of medieval peasants bring an irritated looking woman who was wearing a false nose to a leader of a town. The townspeople ask the leader if they can burn her as a witch. The leader asks how do they know the woman is a witch, and the townsfolk look confused. They start offering reasons like she looks like she is a witch, and that she turned one of them (who looks like a person by the way) into a newt. After talking for a few minutes, they decide the best way to test if she is a witch is see if she weighs the same as a duck. If she does she is clearly a witch.
This type of bizarre reasoning is actually what the ideology of Trial by Ordeal is about. People had to go through some sort of ordeal to prove they were not what they were accused of being or doing. Most often, the test that the individual had to go through were arbitrary and torturous.
Just a heads up my spooky friends…today we will be talking about torture. Listener discretion is advised.

Lately I have been thinking about all the places that I want to travel to. Everyone one has their own travel bucket list, but my travel list is not like everyone else’s. My list is full of spooky and creepy places that many would choose not to go to. But since you all are like me, I think that some of the spots that I will tell you about today may just end up on your list too.
