74: Honor & Glory Radio - Dirty Christmas 12/25/10 Dec 25, 2010

Show notes

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. Stop worrying about the fact that people are calling the tree a holiday tree, instead of a Christmas tree. It was I who made all trees. You can remember Me anytime you see any tree. Decorate a grape vine if you wish: I actually spoke of that one in a teaching, explaining who I am in relation to you and what each of your tasks is. If you have forgotten that one, look up John 15: 1-8. Don't forget; I am God and can take care of Myself. Just love Me and do what I have told you to do. I'll take care of all the rest. I'll help you, but the ball is now in your court. And do have a most blessed Christmas with all those whom you love and remember; I LOVE YOU, JESUS! MERRY CHRISTMAS!! It’s ministry, music & more!

Does true unity exist in Holy Hip Hop??? Does unity require uniformity or can it be found in diversity?? Is there a elephant in the room between Pentecostals & Calvinists in our genre???

Richie Righteous recently shared his heart on Holla-Fest Radio concerning UNITY between: CAJO CAMP, REACH RECORDS, CALVINISTS & PENTECOSTALS, ETC....Rich pulls no punches, he addresses this topic head on using artists & label names as references....

Rich also shares his concern about people hating on CHH coming from NYC!!!! Are teh rumors true that he plans on releasing a track addressing "Pentecostalism & Calvinism in CHH" ???????????

In this podcast, Preach Dat Fire also shares for the first time that HE DOESNT BELIEVE UNITY is possible in CHH....or rather, why he has a hard time unifying himself with those of a different theological worldview & EVEN WITH THOSE WITHIN HIS OWN PENTECOSTAL MOVEMENT!!!!

A PODCAST YOU MUST HEAR!!!

Show notes

The Bible says, “The Lord loves a cheerful giver.” We say, “It’s better to give than to receive.” But whichever colloquialism you choose, the point is still the same… give. This is the time of year when people give the most. We give gifts from the heart and we give the gift of our time. So keeping in tune with the spirit of giving, G-Wade gives the gift of the airwaves to those who are giving the gift of love this holiday season. So tune into this episode of Honor & Glory Radio and we pray that you’ll be blessed! It’s ministry, music & more!

Show notes

On Monday December 13, 2010, Rap Fest Radio had it's final show for 2010. Being that it was the last LIVE VIDEO interview show we had a special DOUBLE FEATURE - Show.

Rap Fest Radio - Episode #045 - "Blaze Torch"

In this episode Bert Bocachica and Brother E speak to Erik "Blaze Torch" Acevedo. He has a new Gospel Hip Hop CD coming out earlt next year but he says ...."he's not a rapper"?.. Tune in to find out why.

[audio:http://www.hcrpodcast.com/podcasts/rapfestradio/Rapfestradio_12132010a.mp4]

After the Blaze Torch interview the plan was to jump right into the Believin Stephen piece. However, in his quest from Philly to NY he was stuck in some traffic. No panic though. Brother E was in the building.. He hadn't been in studio for a few monthg.

Rap Fest Radio - Episode #046 - "Brother E"

Brother E is one of the co-hosts of Rap Fest Radio however, he hadn't been able to be on the air for the past few months as his responsibilities with the new church, The Elements, requires a lot more of his attention. Naturally, we applaud his hard work in the church plant which is now in its second year and we pray for continued blessings. Check out this short interview to find out what Brother E has been up to. This was an impromptu interview conducted in the middle of a double feature show between Blaze Torch and Believin' Stephen's interviews.
