Jakub "kuben" Gurczynski was unveiled as MAD Lions coach live on the HLTV Confirmed and revealed details about the organization's new approach. They will build a European roster with 7 players and focus on the coaching staff and elevating the level of rookies and youngsters. The former Virtus.pro coach and Polish CS 1.6 legend also touched upon his previous jobs, the situations in Vitality and G2, as well as teams moving away from six-man rosters. "I really want to be the IGL for the rest of my career", flusha said in his appearance on the HLTV Confirmed show, during which he explained why he once again left fnatic. Clashes with Golden, who "wasn't the first choice, but he was the right choice" for the Swedish team, prompted him to step down and look for new opportunities when poor results started in 2020.
