So today's episode we started talking about Kanye's new girlfriend and how we feel about that whole ordeal/media frenzy. We also discuss how deep friendships/relationships can offer so much to your growth as a person because those connections can allow you to have an outsider's perspective on your behavior. You can learn from that so long as you don't get defensive and understand they are coming from a genuine place. Then Ashley asks Jessica if she would rather take the blue pill (in the matrix) or the red pill (unplugged from the matrix) and we take a minute going down that rabbit hole. We end on an important topic of using trauma as an excuse to hurt others vs. trying to heal so you don't end up being in the "hurt people, hurt people" scenario.
