CHAD DAYBELL TRIAL: Death Penalty Sentencing Phase & Victim Impact Statements Jun 06, 2024

Victim Impact Statements were read for the jury before they headed to deliberate on whether or not Chad Daybell would be sentenced to death or given life in prison. The defense presented no mitigating factors, and Chad Daybell waived his right to give an Allocution Statement.
