    • Linda, who had the opposite experience, discusses learning to cook from necessity.
    • Linda addresses three frequent “objections” to trying veganism: 1. Where will I get my protein? 2. I don’t have enough time to cook like that, and 3. It’s summer: I don’t want to grill TOFU!
    • They discuss the changing landscape of veganism.
    • Linda talks about how Covid demanded an instant switch to virtual cooking, and invites listeners to her upcoming pasta class!
