    Task initiation is difficult for people with ADHD, specifically if its something you've been putting off or if you're experiencing task paralysis. Not being able to start a project or task can lead to a creative rut which makes it that much harder to find your creative flow, cause this vicious cycle of how do you get started in the first place. That's where task rotation comes in. This is my number one way of getting around feeling blocked, being stuck and actually getting shit done.
